It was good, just wanted it to arrive prior to Mother's Day

I would like to see you do email updates to let me know when the item will arrive. I tried to email a couple times with NO response.

Looked better online, arrived late, gift bag that cost $10 was laughably small

I ordered it over a week before Mother's Day and paid extra for faster shipping but it didn't come until at least a week after Mother's Day

The overall process online was easy to order from, but I paid for shipping to arrive in time for Mother's Day and it was very far past that date when I received the items.

Product was good. Delivery time was extremely delayed from quoted delivery time.

My order was placed for Mother's Day and it's came days after. Item came in fine but was disappointed it didn't come in time for Mother's Day.

Ordered 4/26 with 4-8 business days delivery. Contacted customer service twice. Once was told "sorry but we can't process your order any faster". The second time was told "we will expedite your order". Order FINALLY arrived 5/23. Extremely ridiculous time frame. I ordered the infinity symbol necklace with four names. The names are so small that they are barely readable. Do not recommend this company and will not order again.

Paid expedited shipping and did not receive expedited shipping. The order was great and exactly what I ordered once I received it. It was about a week late.

Tried to contact customer service. Never get a response. Mother's Day gift arrived too late

Other than the long wait for it to come it arrived partially broken one of the hearts was snapped off inside the frame. I had to fix it before giving it to my wife for a late Mother's Day gift.

I haven't given it to my husband yet but the quality is wonderful and I believe it will make a very special Father's Day gift.

I won't be placing any future orders. Paid for expedited shipping and website said order would be delivered before Mother's Day with expedited shipping, this was 2 weeks before Mother's Day. Item arrived one week late and quality is cheap. The little stand that I paid extra for is so cheap the item purchased won't even sit on it without falling over.

I made sure I ordered this with enough advance before Mother's Day but unfortunately as it's a custom item, I understand it takes time to make. The wife really did love it.
