The necklace was beautiful and in great shape i just wished that the webside was bold and clear that even if you paied for express shipping its gunna take up to like 18 business days to make the piece itself

Yes, I received my order. However, it took a month to receive. When placing the order, it states only 7 days to receive the product. However, after it was place, the time frame was changed. This company is a scam. I will never order anything else from your company.

I ordered a necklace for my wife's Mother's Day present and paid for the fastest shipping. It took way longer than the stated time frame. We love the product but if I utilize Rosefeels again I won't be paying for the upgraded shipping.

This took very long to receive. They took the longest estimated time possible to send it, it seemed. I was thankful they are least communicated via email about my concerns.

I was very disappointed that my mother did not receive her gift until May 14th. I never received a notification that my order was delayed. It took several days to get in contact with someone in a text.

The quality of the woodworking design was excellent. The accuracy of the lettering was also excellent. My only issue was how long it took to ship. It arrived after Mother's Day. I recommend FedEx or UPS over USPS. I did pay for VIP treatment, but shipping time was longer than estimated from the order.

I was formed by the website I would receive my items by Mother's Day, since they were to be gifts. I just received the second of two items yesterday May 24. Neither item made it by Mother's Day. Both were more than a week later. The board item is very cheaply made, especially for the cost. Very disappointed with service and quality.
