Although the product is nice I will NEVER order from here again. I place an order April 21st and paid shipping so it would be here for Mother's Day on may 8th and it didn't come until may 10th. They didn't even ship it out until around Mother's Day. I gave my mother a different give one Mother's Day and was upset about it.

The product took a little longer than expected but it came in just in time. I order it for Mother's Day and it came the day before, which I was happy about. My childrens NaNa loved it. The quality was great an I love the product!

I got one for my mother and another for my mother in law and they were both in tears due to the meaning it held. The quality of the item and shipping time was great no complaints at all!

Took a while to ship but I mean it's everything the company promised

The ordering and shipping process was simple and arrived right on time. But the layout of the names could be improved as we wanted our mothers name in the middle with our dad and our(her kids) names connected to her name, hence she's the 1 that holds us together, but even still it was a nice gift and well described.

The worst experience order this April 20th as a mother day gift never heard a word from these people. Received the item afterwards which defeated the purpose.

I have ordered more than one item which the products were great. Even better than I expected. I just had an issue with the delivery. I had ordered more than one thing and there was confusion about that. I will say after a few back and forth emails, the products were all delivered.

Beautiful mothers day product. My wife was thrilled with the family tree frame. Thanks. Only issue was that delivery was supposed to be before mothers day and arrived the day after mothers day.

The picture has a lot smaller than what it appeared to be online. It was not worth the money I spent.

Order was easy to place and pay. I love the bracelet with tiny hearts. I had the names of my furbabies that have crossed the rainbow bridge engraved on each heart. I love my bracelet.

The ounce came out very nice, but I wish I knew the caption on the bottom was case sensitive, would have used all caps instead. I didn't get any sort of tracking info, so I was just hoping it would arrive in time (it did).

Paid extra for expedited delivery but product received a week past designated timepoint. Inquired multiple times but poor response.

It was packaged nicely, protected well. Everything was exactly as it showed when I ordered it. Everything was spelt correctly.

The necklace was beautiful just took 3 weeks longer than it said it would and the company was not great at getting back to me

Package was late and no one followed up with on the status of the package.

Thank you for my gift even though it was very late but got it on Monday afternoon
