Poor customer service

Order placed Dec 1 and still not received Jan 4 after the description said shipping in 9-12 business days. No phone number to contact the company and contact form takes several days for an excuse-ridden reply.

I ordered a sweatshirt for my father as a Christmas gift on November 29th. The website stated deliveries within 5-8 days as a main display on their website. While digging into the actual shipping times, I found 8-12 business days and so I purchased the sweatshirt. When I went to track my purchase the website initially said I did not make a purchase and they had no record of my order. Luckily, the company did send me a confirmation number upon ordering. I was able to send an email to the company with that information and they sent me back a tracking number and apologized that they were backed up. My order arrived on January 3rd, 35 days after I ordered it.
My product was also unsatisfactory. I had a sweatshirt made with "PAPA" embroidered on the front. It arrived crooked. I also ordered an XXL. It fits like a large and it is not a sweatshirt material on the inside. I'm. It sure how to explain it, feels like a sweatshirt on the outside and a t-shirt on the inside is the best I can do. I would not order from this company again.

BEAUTIFUL PIECE

Excellently made piece. Wasn't aware that it was being delivered from China, so the delivery time was beyond our desired date, but once it finally arrived, it brought joy to our mother who just turned 90.

Our package arrived with a completely cracked frame. There was one thin layer of bubble wrap, and a thin mailing envelope around it. Not nearly enough to protect it. When I asked for a new item, I was told to repair it myself! What?!? When I kept asking, I was offered a new frame and told to reframe it myself.
At this point I gave up. Very disappointing. Any other company would've gladly sent a new item.

Ordered product on December 3rd as a Christmas gift….its currently January 4th and still have not received my order. Whether my product ever turns up or not I will not be recommending this company to anyone. Never even got any corresponding emails from them until 2 days ago that it had finally left the factory. So maybe I'll end up receiving it, maybe I won't. Time will tell.

Poor quality and very disappointed.

I was very disappointed when I received what would be my grandparents Christmas gift this year. For the price, the family tree was made out of two different materials, both being extremely flimsy, so much so that it was damaged. There was also a chip on the front side. The laser engraving was hardly engraved and the larger names were difficult to read. I will never order from this company again.

I placed an order for a Christmas gift on December 1st 2024. It's now January 3rd 2025 and the item still hasn't arrived and only shipped a few days ago. No communication that it wouldn't arrive before Christmas and the recipient thought I forgot about them because they never received a gift from me. I'm sure the item will be beautiful once it arrives but I'm super disappointed that I ordered from this company and placed my trust that the expensive gift I purchased would arrive in time for Christmas as stated when I placed the order.

Stay away!

I ordered a customized pillow as a Christmas gift. The pillow was ordered at least 5 weeks prior to the holiday and was just delivered today. I inquired twice about my order and received very generic responses. I was pretty sure at that point, I was scammed. The packaging of the pillow was folded in half and placed in a vacuum sealed bag. The quality of the pillow was much less than expected. The interior stuffing of the pillow was sparse and the pillow was flat. I had to insert a different interior stuffing to make the pillow plump and look presentable. Very disappointed with the quality. I was expecting better quality given the price I paid.
