I can't give a review for the quality of the product because I still have not received my order. I have not received an update on my order, or shipping notice, or anything.

Ordered Dec 5 and still have not received my order. Have not gotten straight forward answers from customer service.

I love the item I purchased but it just took to long to receive my item, almost 4 weeks

Absolute Scam took over 4 weeks to just ship my merchandise that I still don't have. Support is nearly non-existent or any compensation for the extremely late deliver that was an Xmas 🎄 gift.

Paying was fine. Ordering was fine. Three weeks to get it was a little extreme but all in all I'm satisfied!

The necklace was nice, but the box where necklace lays didn't say anything like it did in the picture of the add, just came with a card to fill out myself.

I waited over 30 days for my package and the tracking was not very helpful

The necklace is difficult to get fastened. It has already come off each time it was put on.

Placed order on 12-5. Never received my child didn't get a gift because of this. All she wanted was that ring. Never shop with this online store

Lost my pictures - never contacted me had to contact them to find this out. Did not receive order by Xmas even though it was placed in early Dec - excuses excuses excuses

I love the idea of the product, but the payment product was a headache. It took almost 20 minutes to get the payment to go through. It kept saying my number didn't match the card type, which was not true; then it did not give a PayPal option like the screen said. Almost lost a sale because of this.

After waiting for almost 5 weeks and two emails to the company, I believe my order has finally been shipped-from China. I had no idea this would take so long, and I was never informed that the product would come from overseas. At this point, even if I like the end result of and when I ever see it, I will NEVER use this company again. The only positives are that they had exactly what I wanted to order, and the response to the email was fairly quick each time-although it was just about the same wording each tome which leads me to think it was autogenerated.

I ordered a necklace for a christmas gift for my mother in law, it has been a month and I still haven't received my order. Ended up having to spend even more money on a different gift. As of right now no refund has been issued. Do not order from here if you need it within a decent time frame.

Ordered some cookbooks a couple of weeks before Christmas for my kids, and it's now the 4th of January and still no order in sight.

My order took forever to arrive approximately a month. It didn't look anything like I thought it would. There was no back black band to close the book so I ordered leather shoelaces to close and tie the book because it wouldn't stay closed. It kept flopping open. I had to order separate alphabetical dividers.

I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before ordering from RoseFeels. I placed an order on December 5th, a gift for Christmas, and based upon the website I should have had plenty of time to receive it before Christmas. It is now January 4th and I have not received this gift. I paid over $60 for this, will ever get it or do I just count it as fraud and wasted money.
