This is a very confusing site. You did not disclose anything how this site work before the sign-up.
In general it is very useful site and easy to follow up. However first when i register i read i can receive messages and get in contact but its not like that. I could see the messages but couldn't open then or read them, before i didn't pay the fee.
Its stupid that i have to pay anything to see messages sent to me.
The individuals you have rented from me had multiple internal issues which led them to move back home out of state but they did pay me whether later or on time.

The site is all over the place. I start to enter stuff and it is deleted or switches to previous page. Renters tell me that they had a REALLY difficult time switching their age etc. The slide bar is very difficult to control. Can rarely get the $ amount on the the exact amount I want.
I pay first 14 dollars and after to read the messages asking for more money that s no right
This has been a nightmare between false listings from other free sites directed here. Tlhen initially here had to pay for verification which was so screwed up it took days now that I can finally get in, I'm informed I can't use any of the communication tools unless I pay again. So I'm the sucker, paying again because I need a place to live.

Your messaging functionality needs a ton of improvement. Charging for messaging takes away from the value of this site since you're assuming that both the lister and the tenant will both buy the package in order to communicate. As a lister looking for tenants, it is obvious that the majority of tenants I'm reaching out to are not reading their messages since they aren't paying for the package.
The "messages" in your inbox aren't real messages directly to you. It's more like random status updates from people. The majority are not in your area or in your price range.
I only receive junk offers. Some people who reached out to me are scams
Just run adds on the side to get your money... but making us pay to even view the messages? That's BS
Charging money to see my own messages is total nonsense, and if I have even the slightest bit of trouble cancelling my subscription when I don't need it anymore, I'll be furious and be sure to never, ever reccomend your website.
