All listings should require clear photos of the building & room being offered, along with proper deatils of the offering - otehrwise it look questionable if not dangerous.

Wish there was better ways to contact people without paying. The map sucks as it's not clickable to see a better view of your location. Hardly any of the listings have actual descriptions, or how many baths, rooms, amenities. I'm just giving this a quick shot hoping to find something.
