You are deceiving telling people they can find a roommate, then you hit us with "oh you actually have to pay to get your inbox messages. " its not honest, if you made this clear upfront it wouldn't be as frustrating and I wouldn't feel like i was jived
You overcharge so much for such a short timeframe, that I almost don't even want to use your service.
Overall straight forward and clean. But confusing parts that make me pause and try to figure stuff out. Like what a broadcast is and how it would look to other person. The tutorial section only has a tutorial on 2 things. More instructions would be good in the help section. Also, think it doesn't take American Express b/c gives me an error as soon as I input my card number (and doesn't let me attempt to submit)... but it doesn't tell me no Am. Express - just that my card number isn't valid (despite it being correct).

I just feel like its scam making people pay to speak to anyone - I dont even see a preview before paying. If someone sent a message and i can read it but not reply, then that makes sense. But why send notifications for messages all the time but i need a credit card to open it? Sounds like scam.
You should at least be able to see who you've contacted if you can't see your messages before you pay
I sent numerous emails and have not had a reply. I was on the free site so not sure if the messages were ever sent.

I've had a problem using Apple Pay through the Roomster App. Old accounts should be erased to make it easier to create a new account.
I think it's absurd that it lets you apply to listings but in order to see the response you have to pay. COVID has taken a tole on 2020 and roomster should act accordingly

Using a lot of different housing apps; it's kinda weird that you can't type in age of roommates manually? Like, I want to be able to click on the numbers next to "preferred age"/"rent filter"/etc and type in numbers, rather than finagle with a slider. I do like the photo display though.

If you notice that Sitejabber has negative reviews of almost every company doing business in the united states. If it was all true, there would be no business left and everyone would be out of work. People never write good reviews, people love to be negative. Its sad.
