The UI is a little clunky. Navigation on the website could use a little work in order to make posting your profile and offers a little more intuaitive.

Sketchy pricing and methods of operation. I think the pricing is quite absurd and better meant for those with multiple properties.

It's been pretty good. I have been able to get tenants.

Not enough information about single rooms, such as whether there is private bathroom, parking, etc. Need more details provided by person renting out room. Roomster Partners never respond to any of my messages.

You tricked me into subscribing so I could see a message that somebody sent me about their room for rent... Very sneaky...

So far, so good... but the price went up $1 since I signed up for the free use.

It is not at all clear what this service offers. I am only signing up to find out if it is useful at all. I've gotten dozens of advertised emails to sign up from various named people. Darkest entry to an app I have experienced so far.

We should be able to see and respond to messages even in free account. You should earn your revenue through ads and such but allow ppl to communicate freely on your platform. Even with a paid subscription we get many scams and con attempts, and many are just fakes and flakes

There are no options for at least a free week trial for new users.

I haven't really had an experience as of yet. But the site is very user friendly thus far.

I want to be able to search easier and without having to put in my payment information first.

Auto pay should be disabled. It just makes the site feel like a scam.

It should give new members a free 3 day trial. People are less likely to use the site when they can't even read a message without paying.

I haven't think I finish my with the info to prepare me for a roommate and I'm getting emails like crazy.

So far I've only gotten nibbles from people who appear to be of the following types (after I interview & background check them):
Sociopaths
Liars
Narcissists
Thieves (with burglary / assault records)
Unable to pay second month's rent & then sneaking out in the middle of the night with my notepad which, stupid as such ppl are, not realizing I work project for the Pentagon (w top secret clearance) and thus have GPS enabled on all my electronics), and one guy, late 30s, who locked himself in his bedroom & would not come out until the police MADE him come out. I realize that these days it is not like in the 1980s when I could find a good roommate with excellent AND REAL references and who could pay the rent, but that was in San Francisco where no one could afford a month's rent on a two-bedroom apartment as such rent was over 2000/mo (in the early 1980s) but here in Fort Worth in 2021, only deadbeats cannot qualify for an apartment, it seems. I'm giving it one more shot then moving back to Florida.

The interface is clunky. I had an awful time adding pictures. It seems you're expensive given the free platforms that are out there. I was hoping for a better quality experience.

The service is expensive and other users send pointless messages
