Hard to navigate, not user friendly. Should be options to focus more on finding roommates who are similar to find places with versus just matching people who have an empty room.

The last time I paid for the 5 day subscription 99% of the people that sent me a message were not even close to the location I'm looking to live. No one reads my listing. I actually don't know why I'm wasting my money again. Hopefully this time the people will be more legitimate.

It was unclear that i had to purchase a membership before i could read messages. Kind of weird that i get an email from you saying a potential roommate left me a message, but i can't read it until i pay for a membership. That would be fine if i'd been informed at the beginning. Instead, while it's not a lot of money, it feels sleazy.
I dont understand why i have to pay just to get info on a place to stay. A whole unfair greedy scam
WAS A FREE SUBSCRIBER AND THEN DECIDED TO PAY FOR ONLY 5 DAYS (BECAUSE I WAS TOLD THAT MY CHANCES OF THE CLIENTS WHO HAD ROOMS FOR RENT WOULD RESPOND TO MY MESSAGES (OF NEEDING ROOM) "... WELL IN THOSE PAID SUBSCRIPTION, I GOT ''ZERO" BITES! IN MY OPINION THAT SITE IS A SCAM! IT'S LIKE A 'BAIT & SWITCH ' PROGRAM SCAM! THEY SUPPOSEDLY HAVE CLIENTS THAT ARE RENTING OUT THEIR ROOMS IN THEIR HOMES; BUT GUESS WHAT!?! NO ONE EVER RESPONDS! THEY ARE MOST LIKELY ''FAKE ADS" THAT USE FAKE CLIENTS AS A LURE TO GET PEOPLE TO PAY FOR THEIR SUBSCRIPTIONS AND YOU'RE LUCKY IF ANYONE EVER RESPONDS TO YOUR MESSAGES. IT'S LIKE THEY ARE SAYING "GOOD LUCK 'SUCKERS', IF YOU ALL THINK THAT OUR SITE IS GOING TO HELP YOU CONNECT WITH POTENTIAL HOME OWNERS OR ROOMMATES THAT NEED HELP OR NEED THAT EXTRA CASH TO HELP THEM OUT WHILE THEY (THE POTENTIAL CLIENT) RENTS OUT THE "NON-EXISTANT ROOM!" BUYER BEWARE OF ROOMSTER.COM. DO NOT USE THAT SITE!
Not pleased with the selection of available rooms or responses from the people that list rooms. Not enough information posted about the rooms listed in order to narrow down the options whom to contact.
