Annoying I have to pay to see messages from people you allowed me to message using the free version.

Signed up for FL and "I have a room for rent", I'm getting several emails a night of people renting rooms in other states... Why?
Also a fair bit pricier than Roommates.com, which has an easy-to-understand layout that's sorted better and uses easily understood icons.

Can't read the messages that people send to me without paying. Bait and switch

$24.95 a month seems kind of steep for Des Moines.

This site give access to your phone number and I had over a dozen people contact me directly with the same type of respond about room for rent, all within the same price range. The worst is they are requesting a deposit to take the room off the site and that there are others who want the same room. THIS WEB SITE IS GIVING ACCESS TO SCAMMERS. When I reported this problem, it seems that the company turns the problem on the user, rather listen to the problem at hand. Poor customer service as far as I see it. Listen to your customer if there is a problem. I did not receive one legitimate offer for a room. Scam Site heaven for the scammers at the BEST.

Site is easy to use. However, people do not always respond in a timely manner. Too many email notices that turn out to be deleted before reaching me. 3 months and have yet to find the right room to rent or person to rent with.

Horrible experience signing up with the 5 day trial. Ur site forced me to use the 10 day trial ONLY. Which is more initial money for your company. It's BAIt and SWITCH. I have over 25 ppl responding. I tired to contact chat cust service and the link only leads you to INtercom to sign up for a chat service on my website. NO HELP at all. Even went to FB to send a message for help. NO response. I am utterly disappointed in the functionality, transparency, and accessibility for help and assistance for this website and company. Very bad business to make a person have to pay more to access their leads. I won't be referring this site to anyone in the future. NOT GOOD!

I almost got duped into a scam by someone who found me on this website. He was trying to get me to send him money through CashApp and said he was going to mail me keys and the lease agreement upon receiving the deposit.

It was informative, well resulting and fair and balanced.

Seems like a site easy to navigate. Need more time to evaluate

You need to put edit listing as option on both the profile and listing pages

In the past I would say a 5 but its taking forever to find a good roommate. I know FB market place maybe taking some customers and covid situation also but you keep raising your rates you should lower them

I have gotten many responses from men when my post clearly request a female roommate. This leads me to believe they don't read my post because they are computer generated. Plus none of the women respond back. Not even a no thank you!
