Interface is really hard to use. When sent a link to this website for a listing I found on Craigslist, it just brings me to the home screen where I cannot find the specific listing.

The site user experience needs to be improved on the overall site. It's just not a smooth process. It seems like the developers have never used the site themselves to rent a room. The questions that get asked when filling out a profile don't make sense. And just every step of the process is clunky and not the best user experience.

Only opt for 5 days@ 7.95 the 10@ 16.95 is not a better deal but would have given me more time to review the site now i will have to probably cancle in 5 days before really getting to experince the site for my rentals I have.

Too many "megaphone" messages that have no applicability to my property.

Haven't been a paid member, so don't get all amenities, but hopefully I can do more than I have been able, now that I am.

I thought I had automatic renewal, so I don't know if I'm going to be double charged for this month.

This does not seem to interface very well with my previous experience on Roomster. I'm having a hard time figuring out the difference between creating a listing, and creating a broadcast...? Also, I knew what value-driven services I got from being a paid member before... but now I can't really understand what I'm getting after having paid. It's all a bit nebulous. I would appreciate some contact and help in that regard.

Anybody who would have to use Roomster is apparently having financial issues. Its not good to charge people just to read their messages. It frustrates matters to an already frustrating matter.

I found one roommate ASAP and several alternatives throughout the process. I'm getting ready to use it again!

You'll keep getting me telling you the same thing, it's predatory to put a means of contacting other members behind a paywall. If I wasn't homeless and desparate, I would never $#*!ing use this site. Unfortunately I'm both right now.

Its really good site to find cheap rooms for rent in new york, other advantage of this website is they warn us about scams which are common, this was a good learning experience for me.
