Roomster has worked for me in the past. I am hoping it will again. =)

There are those who are false accounts who try to steal and commit fraud on others.

Really dislike having to pay a pricey subscription to use the platform.

I have had a pretty decently lucky and good time finding rooms to live in.

If you are allowing me to send messages without a subscription I should be able to view the messages without a subscription.

Unable to change name to nickname without canceling and starting a new account then being charged twice even though they said they would transfer earlier paid fee. Will address it with my credit card firm when I get the bill. Only gonna pay once.

It's funny that I only ever get messages when my subscription runs out so that I then have to pay.

First time here. I am just looking for a room and there are way too many scams on Craig's List so I thought I'd give this site a try.

Kind of confusing at the beginning where and how to post the ad...
Posting pictures is also confusing, as the site randomly posts them if uploaded as a group (despite the files names and order of selection)

Not enough serious prospects and many generic messages.

This needs to do a better job of filtering out alerts to me from people I don't want to be reaching out to me ie: people that don't reach out MY qualifying standards

I could not upload multiple photos despite the site saying you can add more than 1. Every time I attempted to add a 2nd photo it said the max limit is 6mb, even though I was well below the limit. It was also not super intuitive to find where the listing was on my profile to edit it, and it's rather hidden that you have to pay for the messaging service.
