It feels greedy to offer a crippled interface that does not allow for communication without pay.

Wish was less conning about to become homeless with property throw out now trying to get fast rent and can't read replied message until I pay. And the location view sucks can't

I find it pretty weird that during my subscription I get a few messages but once it runs out there are 3-4 messages. Odd.

Follow up to make sure I'm satisfied? Right. Doesn't seem like you're really that interested in satisfied only $$.

Most of the messages I get are from people looking in other cities.

Too expensive. It's deceiving where it seems you can use site to search for places and at least read messages.

I think it's absolutely ridiculous that anyone should have to pay to read a message anyone sent them. It's predatory and takes advantage of people seeking housing.

I don't like that this is a membership that continues automatically.

I don't even know why I have to pay so much for 5 days. I understand those who are listing properties but not the ones looking for a place to stay.

I dont like that i take the time to make a listing and then AFTER the fact I find out I have to pay to receive messages, not cool. Also the search function for finding roommates is weak, I can't narrow down who would be a good candidate, the location under each roommate - I dont even know if that is where they are now or where they want to live, it is not clear. Also the questionnaire for setting up a listing is poor, for instance is asks if i am male or female when actually in my apartment there is one of each gender and there is no option to choose that. Weird.

I am not seeing information that I enter in the app on my profile transfer properly - when I open the webpage instead it does not recognize payments I've made or verifications I've done of my social media or of my passport.

The app has glitches. It forces you to buy the subscription but will not let me access the features

To be charged such a high rate for a small window is absurd.

Having to pay to try a service... I feel at least 1 day with access to all services would be more appropriate.

Signed up a month ago on my iphone, unable to see what I was writing, could not correct date of birth and got zero help from your customer service - although you did respond. Broke out the old laptop and everything worked from corrections to placing an ad, You really need to make you site friendly to Apple products.
