Just a a lot of scammers that reach out and don't have a profile. Demanding money for 1st month rent and/deposit before getting keys nor wanting to meet
Not even sure what I just paid for. Took me directly to a pay sight.
Hard to process a direct contact or a quick room in case of an emergency, I need a place and most places should have a contract but most have a policy where I need a job but I saved enough to move out, and I can find a job quick.
I understand your business model, but allowing someone to set up an entire account before making them aware that they can not read incoming messages without a subscription is really bad. For anyone who was really interested in my post, I left them hanging for weeks until I decided your site may be worth it. I'm sure that's not the experience you want for your users.
I really don't like that I signed up for 7 days and you are going to charge me every 30 days for a 30 day subscription.

A lot of accounts in here are old and so a lot of people who were looking for rooms at one point in time are either no longer interested or already found a place. However, theyire acounts have not been deleted and so the true number of people looking for rooms is overstated.
Great website and app just have a lot of scammers here kind of makes you not want to even waste your time sometimes. I think Roomster should put some efforts towards preventing those accounts
The picture cropping on a profile is kinda hilariously bad.
Your Website Layout is confusing and the fact that we have to pay to even read messages is insane.
They nickel and dime you for everything. Yikes. Expensive.
You cost more. Not sure if it's worth it yet. From what I can tell your profile information isn't as easily read or well covered as your competition. Information was not easy to fill in or included on most of the profiles i've read so far.
No one walks you through the initial faze of initiation and maneuvering the site. It's through trial and constant error that frustration sets in that I had to contact a help desk person to finally answer my questions as to how to use the site!
