The app is the WORST! I wish there was another way to post for a tenant. I would never recommend Roomster but there are no other options.

Not the computer tech you all are, had difficulty in which program was right for me. I hope this site is all I have experienced so far. Anxious to find my new home and hopefully your site is better and more selective than Craigslist, the fee hopefully brings a better selection for both the rental parties.

I really had to really watch my key strokes. The app didn't work at first with 300 mbps or 5G? Please spend the extra the $$ for state of the art site, please. $#*!s too important now.
Issues accepting payments, first representative had me use multiple browsers. Second representative said you cant use a card that has been used on another account. Issue could have been fixed weeks ago with the correct staff. There is still spam on here and fake listings which is vexing considering the cost.
Bull$#*! I have to buy subscription to be able to read an reply to my messages about available housing... terrible cash grab. But if I find a place (Hope's I do). Then i guess it's worth it.

I think its unnecessary to have to pay to see messages.
I get too many emails daily, majority of which start with a person not looking in my city... then it changes to Birmingham, AL and the list of leads for my area can be reviewed. All seem to have the same leads for that day so its a waste of time to review them all, delete them all. My preferece is one email a day, not 30!
