I am new I can not judge how the experience is if I don't have any

When I tried to reopen my account, I got a message that the card had already been used! What is that supposed to mean? So I switched to open under Amazon, and then it brings up my card. Pretty screwy process. Who engineered this?

There should be a Log in or part on a header Bar for those who wish to place ads... Not intuitive where/how to give you MONEY$$$.

Not fair that I have to pay for a subscription but I'm not guaranteed to find a place.

It's unacceptable to have to pay to read messages as a prospective renter. There should be a fee to post a room to rent but not for people looking to rent

A friend turned me on to Roomster.com. It is an amazing resource for someone looking for a room. Because the renters and the hosts are screened it weeds out the would be scammers. Much, much better than Craigslist. Highly recommended. Two thumbs up.

I love the app is so easy to use and how they respond immediately this is a great place to find a place when they're good luck guys

I've just started with Roomster and it's been a very positive experience. I've received some very good inquiries concerning my furnished room for rent. In addition, their tech support is very good. You go to their chat box type your questions and within 10 minutes one of their people will send a reply. In addition you can continue to chat with this person to clarify or receive further direction! You back. Getting in touch with their people so quickly is what got me through the website and how to list my room.

Great site! My boyfriend and I found an apartment for ourselves on this site! We searched for a long time for a good price... but then we immediately found it)) some kind of mysticism! But I'm glad that it happened to us and we quickly started our move!

This scam website posts phony Craigslist ads from nonexistent "landlords" who ask you to register for "security reasons." Of course there's no house, apartment or landlord, just these POS con-artists scamming you out of $14.95 to "verify" the driver's license they suckered you into providing, hoping you'll purchase one of their fraudulent, bot-ridden monthly memberships. Avoid like the coronavirus!

I used Roomster for a couple of weeks, and came across very few legitimate ads. Received about 10 dms daily from seemingly fake users. The authentic places were mostly sponsored by outside groups that I'm sure also advertise on other sites. With the price, I really don't see the benefit of this website. The money isn't going into improving the experience.

I proceeded to go through the BBB to resolve this which it's still ongoing. Sucks because they scammed me out of money, removed my account where I am no longer able to even sign in and I really was searching for a room and thought this site seemed good. I didn't have an opportunity to even engage with anyone who contacted me which is why I signed up for the paid thinking that would help. Scam company, poor customer service and treatment to their account holders.

Using this service I felt like betting. One time I was satisfied with all next time I was angry Iand promised my self not to use it. I guess u need to take professinals only to your team.

Couple of months ago I had a very idifficult situation with accomodation because I just moved into new area and I didn't know what to do. I was very tired of living in motels, hence I have decided to rent an apartment in order to start build my life on a new place. I applied to this company and the staff here seemed to me very polite and responsive. They explained me everything and the most important thing for me was that they could help me to solve my living problem. I'm really grateful to this company that they perforemd their work perfectly.

Don't bother looking for a room on here. There's only perverts messaging that they want to share a room for free etc. loads of scams on there and the customer service is not helpful at all! Just got charged 23 euros after 5 days without a reminder, eventhough I don't feel safe using their website to find a room. But they refused to refund me. Very sad

I don't think this is s real site. I rarely ever get an answer to my emails

I don't like the automatic renewal for thirty days after signup. I think that should be up to the discretion of the subscriber without it being done automatically, regardless of the ability to option out before the next billing date. That's my opinion.

I had some problems and roomster responded and issued a refund on the monies I had sent. Thank you!
