I had an account open then they closed it and switched to phone numbers only. I had communications there I can no longer access. That sucks. I had people I was communicating with. I found a room on here before. It didn't work out because the lady pulled a slick move two weeks in.

She didn't like a woman who was around her age in the house with her husband. I totally comprehend. There was another young girl there that looked like a child. Lovely family. They were super loud and had a billion people over all the time - literally everyday. People just showed up - not even family, just people they had from the community. They also had a holiday party weekly. I loved the life of the house but it was loud. Huge house, small room. Great people, I was sad when they asked me to leave because a cousin came to live there to move into the US. That was great but not for me. It messed me up because I was told I could stay for four months. It was a mess. I did love the people and we got along great. Just I pay attention and I comprehend the energy.

I had paid for the 7 day only trial. I was charged for another month. When I contacted roomster they said they would give me a refund. After month or so I never received the refund. I contacted roomster again & they kept saying I had an account & they could not find the refund. I contacted my bank for the refund & then the one from the company showed up. Now they blocked my phone number. I have reached out to roomster several times. They are the worst.

I'm on a laptop, I'm not sure if it's my wifi or the site, but it does tend to glitch and I always have to sign back in or verify myself by typing in my phone number over and over again. Otherwise, so far so good.

The price to use this is a bit ridiculous, but whatever, makes sense since people aren't typically going to continue using this upon finding a place to stay or someone to rent/purchase. As for being able to find listings that match what I'm looking for, I'm grateful I've found two, the experience in finding it was pleasantly easy. However,

I hope the people I contact on here are able to return my messages, otherwise this app is completely and utterly useless.
