Makes you buy a subscription without even a guarantee you'll find a room

Just need a cheaper rate for the sign on or more basic features unlocked. The economy is not well, so I assume your site sees a massive uptick. It will pay for itself.

I tried to access the Roomster site to see listings that were shown on sublet.com and I am immediately asked to pay for mailbox access before I can do anything on the site with no explanation why this is needed?

Nobody i got in contact with messaged yet, I am very respectfully writing evenly address, and letting them know that it is a legal sublease... I do n't know what's wrong

Too many verifications that I kept on having to do over again, that I kept on having to do over again... that I kept on having to do over again.

You will get lots of vague messages, but no actual interaction that is meaningful. Total scam. Stay away and save your money.

I wish the messages can be sent via text to my cellphone!

This opinion comes from a website developer - Roomster is an absolutely horrible website experience. Nothing is clear on the website for me to understand how this works. I search for rooms, think I'm looking at a room in my zip code only to see after clicking on the listing it's 40 miles away. If I wasn't so desperate to find a room I would never be on this site. It sucks. Period.

Fair, maybe if you have some more info about the tenants

I do not think I should need to pay a) $10 a WEEK and b) pay at all to view my messages on Roomster. The reason for this may be valid, but for people who are not financially stable would probably not want to pay this just to have the possibility of finding somewhere to live.

Your website needs revamping. Once a email is used to look for a room. It locks you into the same email. When I tried to use a second email to separate two different choices, it wouldn't let me create a second email account. Also, I can't or don't know how to delete my email address in my account. Also, I had a certain room I wanted to rent and the rent or sent me a link that went directly to his rental opportunity. I went to get my credit card to pay, then your site sent me to search parameter. When I tried his link again it keeps sending me to search. I tried searching for his rental but couldn't find it. So I lost an good rental opportunity at the location I needed the most.
