I did the free trial, called to downgrade, they answered right away. I was expecting to be transferred to a machine as all other companies are now doing. To my surprise an actual person answered and did not have to wait long. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, did not take her long to find my account. I would defiantly recommend this company.

I have used Rocket Lawyer's online legal service to make a living trust. Forms for making my living trust and its associated documents, such as pour-over wills and quitclaim deeds, are clear, easy to read, easy to fill, and easy to edit with an excellent spelling and grammar check. In addition, the firm, Rocket Lawyer, has good computerized online tools that are user-friendly. Kristina, a customer service representative, was helpful and patient. It was pleasant to deal with her during my request for service cancellation since my goal to make a living trust is complete. As a result, I am highly satisfied to select Rocket Lawyer for making my living trust.

Raabi'a removed my account from active status per my request and initiated a refund as the account should have been cancelled in early January. She was very pleasant and efficient taking only minutes to complete this task while at the same time offering me additional programs that were available. Very good experience!

I used the web site to print a rental agreement. Since I do not feel I will have the need to use the site again, I called to make sure I would not incur a monthly fee in the future.
