I used the free 7 day trial and missed the cutoff date because of a holiday so had to pay for one month but I am okay with it because I was able to get the information I needed very easily and most importantly quickly. When I called to cancel my free trial I worked with Raabi and she was very cheerful and it made me wish all customer service agent could be as nice.
