I was disappointed in the lack of help by using email or online assistance to answer a questions about being unable to edit the document.

As it turned out I did not need the document. So cancelled the subscription. Grace was very efficient, in completing the transaction and pleasant to speak with.

I recently. Use rocket lawyer to generate a power of attorney. And I inadvertently sign up for a monthly membership. When I learn that I call and ask for a refund. And I was issued a refund immediately. I have used rocket lawyer in the past and I am completely satisfied with them.

I thought I had cancelled my membership until I received notification that a payment was withdrawn. I contacted a representative and was blessed to have Grace on the other end of the call. She was so kind, took her time to understand my issue and solved my problem in less than 5 mins. I will use Rocket Lawyer again just because of the customer service quality!

The customer service was outstanding. The young lady Robbie was very knowledgeable and very helpful. She gave me all all the options for continuing with other services that rocket lawyer offered. I was very pleased with her.
