I have spoken with one of the most beautifully professionally customer service rep that I think that I could have talk with who was very knowledgeable and very quick and efficient and rectifying my needs I want to thank Rocket lawyer for employing her and giving me the opportunity to enjoy her in my experience she is truly a gem and I recommend that if she hasn't had a raise in a while or whether she's had one or not give her another one and make sure she's the one who's training other people and pay her well for having this shining lite amongst herself you guys are lucky to have her and if I was still in business I will try that steal her from you thank you Caroline you're the best.

I only needed a brief promissory note and I will probably not ever need another document. I was able to get the document by signing up for 7 days, but knowing that I didn't need any more documents, I was not interest in the $40/month membership. I called and spoke to Jojo, who was very helpful and sweet. She helped me download the promissory note to Word, so I could make some edits. Then she helped me cancel my membership. She could not have been more pleasant.
