I found access to a standard NDA and the ability to edit very easy especially with the feature of the system asking specific questions regarding the NDA. I had expected to print a document and hand write in the blanks. The output from your system presented a much more professional looking document. I called your customer service to cancel my 5 day trial. Raabi was your CS rep. She made it happen with no pressure not to cancel, just asked some reasonable questions. Impressive

I enrolled in the free trial (7 days) and created a document. Creating a document was easy. I didn't find what I was looking for in the menus for the handling of the document so I called the help phone number. A lady named Kim was very courteous and helpful.

Called to follow-up regarding an "Ask a Lawyer" inquiry. Typically, I'm used to sitting on hold for fifteen minutes and then having to explain the scenario to the representative. At Rocket Lawyer, we do provide a Divorce Settlement Agreement and a Divorce Worksheet, which can help with this process, but it will not be the only documentation you will need. You may need to obtain documents from your local county clerk's office, I'd recommend giving them a call or visiting them in person.
