I found RocketLawyer simply searching for 1 legal document, with no intention or desire to enroll in any type of subscription.
RocketLawyer made completing the form I needed so easy, and done accurately, that I wrote to their customer service team and asked about monthly membership options (rather than just cancelling the free trial signup required for me to print the one doc I needed.) CustServ agent Raabi'a was a rockstar and advised me about a $7/mo membership that is ideal for my needs.

Had to phone tech support for Rocket Lawyer today - twice - each time I reached a different Tech support person and each one was FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, UPBEAT and took care of my issues quickly and efficiently. Answered my initial call within 1 minute, too! Wow - who does that any more? Obviously, Rocket Lawyer! I've utilized their services for my company for the past umpteen years and have never ever had a bad experience. I signed up for the free trial. I was able to get some travel consent forms for my grandkids. I forgot to cancel the free trial and was charged 39.99. I called and a girl name Grace took care of everything right away. I don't need what they offer right now but if I ever do, I'll sign up with no hesitation.
