I placed and order from these guys and had my new Mizuno driver in two days. There was a mix up on the shalf I wanted as it was out of stock but they made it right and I am very pleased with my purchase. Thanks to Jaime with customer service for all the help. Would highly recommend and will definitely buy from again.
So far the Cleveland Launcher XL Halo clubs seem to be great. That is the good. The bad is that I ordered them next day air shipping and it took two business get here. Had I known that, I would have used the free home in two option.

RockBottom always has great products at great prices. The shipping packaging has always been the worse part of buying items, especially those items that should be handled with care. I have received items that were damaged by the way they were packaged. Emails to RB are never answered so I do not order items that will get damaged if just tossed into a box.
Hope you like Cigar Aficionado and Wine Spectator because Rock Bottom Golf will sign you up. Check the fine print.
Better read the fine print BEFORE you want to return something. They don't do exchanges... even if the product doesn't run true to size. Customer Service is someone working from home with kids screaming in the background and all sorts of clamoring to the point you can't hear them. They don't follow up with sending you a return label, and don't respond to emails ( though they say they will respond within 4 hours). My advice is to stay clear of them, which is sad coming from a 10+ year customer. Means nothing to them.
Bought a used Honma driver but it as close to a brand new club. It's just the plastic wrap that's missing. Always gets in time with deliveries. Rock bottom never let's me down.

I bought a golf bag and golf shoes from this company. The bag was great. The shoes did not fit. I returned the shoes. They did not refund my money. They don't answer the phone or return phone calls. They don't return emails. So the shoes cost $100 and they got them back (cost me $20 to mail back by UPS). When I filed a complaint with my credit card, they offered $40 to resolve dispute. Stay away from this company!
I purchased a driver in excellent condition and received a club with a major chip out of the crown. I sent it back and was assured a replacement in like new condition.
When I received the replacement it was worse than the original with multiple scratches and 10+ paint chips.
It looked like it was dropped on a pile of rocks. I was offered store credit but based on the service I would not shop here again so thats not much use.
