Not only like my title stated, I didn't get any update on the status of the order, no tracking, no item arrived of course, but I didn't get any response from customer service. They DO NOT have a number you can call, it is only email, which they will likely never reply. Even though, it was stated you will get a response within 4 business hours, no, no answer! Paid $13 for shipping so that I can get the items on time, yet till this point, the item is still in the air, with no update! I can't believe I gave this website a try.
Rock Bottom filled my order exactly as I ordered it, they did everything they said they would when they said they would do it.
I received my order a day ahead of schedule.
I can't speak to issues others may have had, I had none!

Bought a club that was broken in half when received. Tried contacting customer service via email but got no response the first two times. Finally got a response only to find out it was automated. Unsuccessful when trying to reach anyone by phone. After a few more emails (with pictures) I get a response asking how is it damaged. I knew then that these guys are full of crap. Stay away!
Hi Anthony- please provide me with your order number. I will be happy to look into this, if this was damaged in transit we can surely file a claim with UPS and get a replacement or refund issued for you.
Read there return policy. It is not very customer friendly!
I bought a pair of golf shoes that didn't fit, I paid $7.99 for shipping to my house, when I had to return them with their so called prepaid shipping label which means you don't have a clue what the cost is until they get them back and deduct the return shipping from your refund which in my case was $13.26. How come it was $7.99 to get them and $13.26 to send them back. They are snakes at RockBottom.
Patrick- I am sorry for any confusion. It is stated very clearly how the prepaid label works. Yes you paid to have it shipped to you, we had to pay UPS to ship it to you and we shipped what you ordered. When you returned it; you used our label which is not free. It is clearly stated on the page you retreived the label from that it was not free https://www.rockbottomgolf.com/returns/. This was not a sneaky charge, it is very clear on our site the cost to use our prepaid label, quoting our site: "We offer a UPS Prepaid Return Label Service for only $7.99! Click Here to print one immediately. This cost will be deducted from your refund." In fact I show we only charged you $7 for the prepaid label not $7.99.
Rockbottom's response, below, is, of course, absurd. Forget for the moment that I requested price matches several times and all were denied. I went to my new favorite golf website and they didn't hassle me at all, after I provided a competitor's price, and mind you, this was an Ebay price!
You see that site is in the business of adding to their happy customer rolls. Rockbottom, however, doesn't understand customer loyalty... But, you get what you pay for, and in this case, it's RockBottom.
Price matches must meet our requirements. When you submitted this, it did not meet the requirements as it was a different item. In order to price match, the item has to be the exact same item that you are trying to match. If it 100% is the same item & everything checks out, we will match it. We do price matches all the time, our CS team did explain this to you and alerted you to the fact that it wasnt the same item.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered something for my daughters Birthday and it is incorrect, they will not do anything about it. I have referred several people to this place but never again.

I have had horrible experiences ordering from Rock Bottom and their customer service is equally bad.
I ordered something from them. Less than 5 minutes after I ordered it, I requested to cancel the order. Two days later they shipped the item and said my request to cancel the order was denied!
They explained that I could return the item after I received it as long as I paid return shipping and accepted a 15% restocking fee. Unreal.
I ordered a set of irons, a driver, and a fairway driver with a 25% discount. 10 Days later, I see the prices on the Irons, the Driver, and the Fairway Driver ALL went down a total of $110 and they were offering another discount worth 20%. I asked for a price match and they said they'd give me only $11 because Price Matches are up to 7 days. The total difference in price was $55. I said it would make sense then to return all the clubs since their return policy is 30 days and just make another order, to which they said they were going to charge shipping back. Instead of just giving me the $55 I got screwed out of, they wanted me to go through the trouble of shipping the clubs back, reordering the clubs and waiting for delivery. What a totally UNPROFESSIONAL company. Terrible Customer Service. Would NOT recommend.
I purchased a supposed new set of Cleveland MT Irons. The irons arrived and the 9 iron had green mold all over the head. The mold ate the finish. I contacted Rock Bottom Golf customer service via email---NO- RESPONSE! I have eBay Customer service taking action against them to get a refund. Buyer Beware---Once you buy and there is a problem---YOU CANNOT GET IT RESOLVED!
Good price sometimes, but horrible service. I called to try resolve the issue (by giving them another credit card) and the sales agent just talk over me. Basically they can not honor my order because they are not capable of accepting another credit since they don't know how to verify the other credit card. By reorder I end up paying for a higher prices. I reply their email in minutes and the guy wouldn't even try to see what he can do to just amend that purchase order. It may be cheap, but not worth giving them the business. Why support bad behavior.

They have some great deals and nice merchandise, but it is almost impossible to get an RA # if you have to return merchandise, plus they charge a 15% restocking fee unless you do an exchange, and you have to pay for the return shipping, and exchange shipping.
I have never had on online experience such as this one. I do not usually write reviews, but this company forced my hand. This is the worst online company. The prices are good, but not with out compromise. There always is a catch. My order shipped with missing items. No person to talk to (800# only for sales), warning lights should have gone on. Back and forth emails (first response is a form letter). Than, the only subject, the weight of the box. Not that it was packed correctly, or even a check list was verified. The weight (unverified) was correct when it left the warhouse. No other repsonse. I am also a business owner that does a lot of business online, this is not the correct procedure to handle customer issues. I was told by them to contact my CC company and file a dispute. The End. What horrible customer service. We all shop at Walmart and expect some trade off for the low prices, but this unacceptable. I will never shop here again. Your better off paying a little extra to make sure you get the right product and great customer service, TGW and Golfsmith.

I have used this site many times. It has older model equipment for decent prices. BUT, the first time I had an issue and needed to return my order, is still pending. I followed there instructions on how to return and item, which is kind of a racket itself. You need to spend the same amount of money on new items, to even be able to return what you don't want, and pay shipping and tax all over again. Even so, I figured I needed the proper equipment anyways, so I'll pay an extra $20 to "exchange" it. I bought what I really needed, and have since written 3 emails for a return authorization number to send with my return order as they suggest. I have yet to hear back, it's been 3 weeks, and they say returns are only valid for 30 days of initial order date. Unless I hear back soon, then returns weren't even an option for me.
So, if you want to take the risk, they have some decent items, although I find many items cheaper elsewhere. You are basically stuck with your purchase no matter what, no customer service at all.

This site is not a scam by any means. However, the clubs you will purchase are anywhere from 3 to 6 years old and are hardly in use at any course around since technology in golf is constantly changing.
This site is great. The selection is limited by whatever clubs and equipment they can buy on discount, but the clubs are all genuine. The service is also very good. I have used they 6 times and always gotten great results!

Answer: Absolutely legitimate online business, I have ordered golf clubs, the 3 pack of wedges, personalized golf balls, clothing, gloves shoes. The service is excellent, deliver time from the USA to Canada was very fast (6 days) via UPS. I have never had an issue.

Hello- I am a little confused. CS absolutely does respond to ALL calls and emails. Please note, as stated on the website CS hours are M-F 9a-6p EST exluding holidays. In addition; our phone rings constantly all day and CSR's are on phones assisting customers all day. We do have a phone number, as listed on the site it is 877 -540-GOLF.
