I've saved considerably shopping on RockBottom Golf from a $300 Odessey putter purchased on Black Friday for $100 to a $400 Titliest driver purchased for $195 from the used "like new" part of the site. The club was a gift and in pristine condition, not a scratch on it. I've also bought golf clothes at 50% off. Can't go wrong
First off. I would like to say I have purchased several items from Rock Bottom and have been totally satisfied. I decided to trade in some clubs when I saw the promotion of an additional 50% off on store credit. I sent in an email even confirming how the program worked and was told that if the STORE CREDIT says $40 that I would get an additional $20 of STORE CREDIT on top of that. Hahaha. What BS! Whatever the value says on the site is ALL you will get. Don't believe that misleading promotion! Trade your clubs in to Golf Galaxy or somewhere local instead of wasting your time sending it to them. You can get better value trading in clubs elsewhere and don't be mislead by that BS 50% additional promotion.
Hey Drew- We are not following what you are upset about, you DID get the add't bonus on top of the trade in credit. Both Adam & Ryan from CS explained this to you as well as shown you the screenshots. I am sorry for some reason you thought you would get an add't 100% on top of the trade in value but as listed on the trade site, it was a 50% bonus, not 100% bonus.
Got two hybrids 23 and 19 degrees and I am happy with them. But only one had cover which is for 21 degree. So two covers are missing. It reduces my good attitude.

They sent epoxy that was old and the white mix was hardened already, however they did replace it. Another problem with the same order was that it was missing the Taylormade grip kit. They would not do anything about it and couldn't explain the 'E' written on the packing slip( in the grip kit column) by someone doing the order.?
Be very wary of this company!

Ordered a bag, and 2 individual irons, the order was processed on a Friday night. Sunday I go to track the order and they say my order isn't processed because the bank flagged my account. So, I email back to find out what is needed, they respond with "you didn't answer our question" I then called them F-ing idiots and now they blocked me from their page. Rock bottom golf is trash!
Kyle- Nothing you entered into the order matched what your bank had on file for you. This was explained to you several times and even though you insisted on cursing at staff & screaming at us; we remained nice and professional throughout. The issues were NOT on our end, your bank stated absolutely nothing entered in matched their records. Of course we cannot process a order when the bank tells us that both electronically and verbally when we called them for verification. This is a invalid comment you left as this was all explained to you in detail via email. If you are that upset, you should really be contacting your bank to figure out what the issue is on their end instead of leaving a great company negative feedback for simply putting ecommerce security as a priority.
