It took just 6 days to deliver the wifes Putter from Virginia USA to Weipa Australia. Especially that we are 800km (500 miles) from the nearest city. Thank you UPS and RockBottomGolf.

Great prices and quality products. I haven't used the putter yet as I am getting over major surgery but will in the near future. I like the feel of it though as it is heavier than most putters that are on the market.

I have flippers for feet and this was one of the only places with 4e golf shoes. The pricing was better than any other retailer online by about $50 for the same brand, model, and size. I was pleased with the shipping and plan to buy a lot more here.

I do most, if not all, of my golf shopping at RockBottomGolf, and for good reason. They offer top quality golf gear and apparel at great prices, and ships it to you in a timely manner. The selection is good, the quality is good, and the prices are outstanding. What more could you want. My latest purchase was the Rife Two Bar Putter (red). I have only just recently purchased this putter, but from the couple of times that I have used it, I absolutely love it. Great feel and balance - feels solid off the putter face. I've bought a number of products through Rock Bottom. The flash sales usually do bring out good prices on items that you are watching. But you are well served to watch an item over a long period of time to get the best price. You can easily be disappointed with the price of an impulse buy.
Their email offers of 25% off and such don't usually apply to products that already discounted with the "rock bottom" price, so the advertising gets you to the site but is disappointing when you can't actually get a discount on an item you want
Hi Danny- Yes some items cannot be discounted further as they fall under MAP pricing and certain brands do not allow sellers (us or anyone else) to price them lower then the price set for the item (that includes lowering prices with promos, etc.) Thanks for the feedback!
I placed an order and withing hours received an email for 25% off one item. My order had not even shipped and I tried to get the coupon applied. It would only have been $20 bucks, but I got the, "Sorry, it's policy" routine. Now if it had been a week or even a day, maybe I understand, but hours! Personally, if this is an example of how they do business, I'll spend my money elsewhere. Just be careful if you do buy here... read the fine print and do not expect any customer service. And PS... poor follow up on shipping orders and advising tracking numbers. Order by 2 and out that day is BS. Plenty of other reputable places to spend your money.
Hi Fill. We guarantee the LOWEST price and stick by that guarantee. If a promotion began AFTER a order was placed then it was not a valid promo at the time you placed the order. It does say in multiple places, including the newsletters, on the promo on the website, and in the FAQ page that promotions cannot be backdated to apply to orders placed before the promo was active. This is common among sellers. With that said; regardless if you received a promo or not; our price was the lowest you would find.
I'm so pleased with my purchase of a Taylormade Spider putter. Its rated as used and an "excellent" rating. It looks brand new and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. You've won a customer for life!

I've purchase a few things from this company in the past. My most recent purchase was in July 2019. I paid a substantial sum for expedite shipping. Not one items arrived on time. One item has yet to ship. Since you can't actually call this company, you have to email them... the response I received was to let them know when I received my order and they wold "look into" refunding the shipping costs, despite not fulfilling my order.
You get what you pay for... avoid this company.

I saved over $ 800 dollars with Rock Bottom Golf, the Wilson 300's, two fairway woods and a cart bag for $ 721! A national competitor in Florida wanted almost $ 1600! I've been shopping at RBG for years, but this sale takes the cake.

Unless you are a lawyer that can read all, the fine print do not purchase rock bottom golf products.
Company offers great deals and discounts in big print but that is very misleading.
In "small" print which you can't see they tell you that you really need to jump thru hoops to get their discounts. It's not worth your time trying to figure out what is a deal and what isn't. Also check your cart for prices. They tell you one price for a product and list it in the cart at a higher price hoping you don't look carefully at your purchases.
Finally this company does not have free shipping. Amazon has free shipping on product purchases of $4.00 while this company charges shipping even if you buy a $100 of products... really
