Very shortly after purchasing my bag cart, not only did the price reduce, but RBG offered a bigger discount for such a purchase. Instead of guaranteeing their pricing for 30 days (as most retailers do), RBG refused to do anything. After complaining, they relented with a small concession that was a fraction of what the price reduction with new discount should have been. Bottom line - timing is everything and RBG doesn't stand behind their own best pricing, a bad policy.
I ordered product from rock bottom and they charged my card I have emailed them 2 times asking for confirmation no response they just keep sending emails for me to buy something else, I hope to see order soon or will cancel

Be careful when ordering into Australia. All prices are in American Dollars.
On top of the conversion rate into Aus Dollar anything over $1000 comes with import tax.
I ordered a set of Irons which i thought were $999 after paying the bill i find out that they were nearly $1600 and on top $270 import tax. It would have been cheaper to buy them here. Feel totally ripped off.
Hi. Ordered a Driver from Rock Bottom. Landed in Australia (5 miles from my home) and hasn't moved since. 5 days it has been sitting in the UPS facility. No one to contact. No one to ask about delivery. Don't buy from Rock Bottom if you are in a hurry.

With international orders though, international customs departments can take longer processing once it hits your country. We the seller have no control over that. Please contact your customs department with the complaint on the fees, that is not something Rock Bottom Golf has any control over.
