Very misleading website. I attempted to return a club and was told "does not qualify". Then, they checked their posting and said some were "miscategorized" and they would alert their web team. But too bad for me! Even after they admitted the website error they refused to honor a return! Then accused me of being a bully because I pointed out that the customer should not be penalized for their mistake! Ha - is this middle school?
I bought the putter as a gift for my friend's son. He absolutely loves it and can't wait to go golfing this year
I ordered a putter and unfortunately after about 3 weeks using the club the head snapped off at the point where the head inserts into the shaft

Like my new club which was mostly bought with trade-in money. Dislike company policy on refunds for new clubs that do not have the "90 day guarantee" which only credits you with half the value of the original purchase price. Also did not like attitude of customer service agent that gave me the bad news.

I received both the 1/4 zip pullover and the size 7 Etonic golf shoes. Both have been returned to Rock Bottom Golf and I have received a credit back for the pullover but not as yet for the shoes as they were a bit small. I have ordered and received a size 7.5 and they fit perfectly.

I ordered out a new/used putter from you guys. A description stated, as if it were almost in pristine condition, however, the screws on the bottom for the weight one of them was missing. I had to contact Callaway to get a new screw set.
The bottom of the putter looks a lot more scratched up than originally thought, but the feel is exactly what I was looking for. That being said, I guess I'll just have to deal with it. Replaced grip that was ehhh, also had to purchase a new cover, as it didn't come with one.
