The deals on the site are really good but the customer service isn't. No phone number to call to discuss issues, horrible return process where you likely lose money when returning products. I also purchased some irons for my wife and the price dropped twice in 7 days but both price discounts were not honored. This was my first purchase from Rock Bottom Golf and I am pleased. Got what I ordered very promptly, at a very decent price. The quality of the golf bag appears to be good.The only negative is that some of the zippers stick a bit and I am leery that if I try too hard to open or close, they will rip.

It is 877-540-GOLF. Our return process is quite standard, we do try to make it as easy as possible by giving customers the option to use our prepaid shipping label. However of course you area always free to use your own shipping method to return an item. This is standard across nearly all platforms, if I can clarify this for you please just let us know what exactly the issue is & I am more then happy to go through it. Please also review the return policy by going to the help tab. We DO have a lowest price guarantee and if our own price drops within 7 days we will honor that in a store credit for the difference if it is a product price drop (not due to a coupon that previously was not active).
