Got what I ordered, at a very fair price, life is good. I've purchased a lot of stuff from Rock Bottom and I haven't been disappointed once.
I wish I could give this company 0 stars. First and most importantly Worst Customer Service with no phone number to actually talk to someone so everything is done through email. If they would actually provide a phone number to talk to someone (I have asked a number of times for a phone number) I wouldn't have given such a poor rating. I ordered two golf clubs and decided I didn't want them because after the exchange and fees (shipping and duty) which they don't tell you about the price basically doubled. I have been trying to work with them for two weeks to send the clubs back. UPS told me it will cost $39 to return the clubs but Rock Bottom has to pay and they have to invoice me. Rock Bottom informed me it would be $109! If I don't pay that they will have the clubs "destroyed" so I would be out $900. DON'T SHOP HERE!
Shoes exactly as shown on website. They are so comfortable and look great. Colors are unique and sharp looking. I would recommend Rock Bottom Golf, highly.

I guess I should have known that for the price I paid for my rain suit it wasn't going to be a quality product. I ordered a Medium. The pants fit like an extra large and I couldn't even zip up the jacket as it was so small. I can't even describe the material it was made from as I have never seen it before. Somewhere between tin foil and vinyl.
What a great transaction! Upgraded from my Titleist 714 AP1s to the T300s. Clubs took a couple of weeks to be built in Carlesbad by Titleist, but it was worth the wait. Free shipping and no sales tax were nice touches.
Great quality of build (of course it's Titleist!) and the clubs are beautiful and perform great. Played my first round with the new irons and almost broke 80. No buyer's remorse here. Will definitely go to Rock Bottom Golf for my next major golf purchase.
The bag is great but the zippers don't seem real strong. It's the problem I had with the last bag I bought - zipper busted open. Hope this one doesn't...
I tried to return a club they sold me. Despite the claims on their website for allowing returns, they have made it nearly impossible for me to do that. I have emailed them 6 times, messaged them repeatedly. They don't even answer their phone. I have bought many items from them but never again. It's not worth the risk of doing business with a company with no concern their customers.
Hi Madonna- I’m sorry for any frustrations however your complaint is completely untrue. You emailed us 6 times from different email addresses all within a very short time frame. We absolutely replied to every single one of your emails and we do have all records showing that as well as showing they were delivered to your email accounts (since you used multiple accounts) and our return policy is quite easy, we gave you the RA number and address to return it too. We also did try to call you unsuccessful Friday. Check your email account both the edu & Gmail, you will see our emails back to you & see we absolutely did service you and did so within minutes of each email you sent.
The golf push cart I ordered was going to be delayed for a number of weeks due to a supply chain problem. Rock Bottom took the initiative to make it right and offered a substitution which was as nice or nicer than what I ordered. Great service. Thank you!
During the covid19 pandemic I ordered a whole set of clubs and added the arrival in 2days... not knowing if my order would make it on time with everything shutting down... well it did! Thank you Rock Bottom for the fast service and awesome low prices!
Simple and good for the money! The item collapses very easy to be able to put into my trunk after golfing. Shipping was fast and easy!
Bag is well made for the price looks good no complaints got to me on time time will tell the rest to how long it last but for the money if I'd get two years out of it I'd be more than happy
Not worth the money. Can't tighten them. So lose on your foot. Not comfortable. Would never t recommend. I will have to buy another pair but not from here and not Etonic. Can't return already worn them

Rock bottom is a great company to deal with. Equipment is fairly priced and is shipped quickly. The exotics driver that I got is very forgiving. The sound isn't very good. Decent driver overall but just not for me.
Easy to put together. Works well on the golf course. Can push from in front or behind. Room on handle for tees, scorecard and two golf balls.

Answer: Absolutely legitimate online business, I have ordered golf clubs, the 3 pack of wedges, personalized golf balls, clothing, gloves shoes. The service is excellent, deliver time from the USA to Canada was very fast (6 days) via UPS. I have never had an issue.

Hello- We do have the email records, and we definitely did give you our number. It is also listed on the website HELP tab. It is 877-540-4653. You placed and confirmed the order, yes international orders will have to pay international duties and taxes as explained on the website. We have honestly no control over your country's duty and tax charges. We shipped the order fast and UPS is trying to deliver to you but you are now refusing to pay your country D&T charges. If you want it returned to us, that is the rate UPS directly gave to us as the international return charges and D&T that we would get charged. Mike has been nothing but extremely nice in explaining this to you, I am unsure we deserve this negative comment. We shipped your order and now you refuse to pay your country D&T, that is not our fault. We are happy to have it returned but those international rates will need to be covered as we kindly explained to you. Again call us if you would like too, we have given you our number many times now and it is listed right on the website.
