I bought the z 2.5 golf bags and both are very nice, but the one golf bag zippers are very difficult. The black golf bag zippers work perfectly and smoothly and on the grey golf bag they have a little problem and you have to be very careful with them. That's the only drawback I see otherwise they're very good golf bags.

I check other sites before I order. Rock Bottom is consistently the lowest price. Ships quick, never had an issue.

I have never delt with a company with worse customer service. 4 hours to respond to a email if at all. They offer no phone number to call i understand why now. Just save your the hassle even if you have to pay a little extra it will be worth it.

I ordered a complete 12 piece set an got 9 clubs an a bag. It was delivered on time. But not a complete 12 piece set

I ordered the buy one get one free Srixon golf balls. Initially i selected 2, but when i got to checkout, it didn't look right so i increased it to 2. What i received was 3 dozen golf balls instead of four. I got two dozen at the one dozen price & one dozen at the full price. Ordering should have been easier. I feel like i was screwed out of a dozen golf balls.
