I don't know why this company is still doing business. They have little or no customer service at all. I never received a email on the status of my order and tracking of my purchase. I spent several hours trying to get a hold of anyone from customer service with the number they provide and called several times. Also tried to use the email route as well several times but still nothing. I guess I need to get some carrier pigeons for bad company's like this.
I ordered an item from this company on July 17. I immediately received an email stating that they were canceling my order as they "could not verify the credit card." No one was answering the phones at the number the email told me to call so I left a message and sent a reply to the email. Got another email stating that I could either call to place the order or go online and use PayPal. Obviously calling was not an option and I did not want to use PayPal. So on July 19 the payment to them cleared my card. I finally called today and asked where my refund was and was told that the only way I can get to the billing department was via email.
I will never shop here again.
Hello- I’m so sorry for any confusion here. This unfortunately isn’t entirely true as I personally handled this. Your bank had flags to review the order you placed as 1 or more things in your order raised concerns per the bank. We contacted you immediately and your email server as well as our database show it was delivered to you the same day the order was placed. Since we could not verify the order with your bank the order was cancelled and please contact your bank if you are not seeing the funds in your account as we 100% did not accept the payment. I kindly provided alternatives to place a order as well. I’m sorry but it’s not our fault the bank had concerning review flags on the order & we could not verify the order with your bank. We of course want to accept all orders however we do have to maintain security of orders for our sake and our customers.
Great selection, good pricing, but very slow shipping. The website is a bit overwhelming with graphics and not the most professional looking design. But overall I rate a 4-Star experience.

Rock Bottom delivered as promised, two days. (5stars) Somewhat disappointed with the irons. (3 stars)They felt really harsh, even on we'll hit shots. To be fair, my previous set does have steelfiber graphite shafts where these have steel. Gonna keep the clubs and reshaft them with steelfiber shafts. Should. E ok then.
I have ordered many times from Rock Bottom Golf and traded in many clubs. Each time, I could not have asked for a better experience. Recently, I ordered some customized clubs and was shocked at quickly they got the clubs to me. Keep up the fantastic service RBG.

They claim to be cheaper than other and that's true, but 4 month after shipping surprise I got an invoice of the delivery... normal price in shop 429 USD, Rockbottom price 399 USD + 103 USD invoice = 502 USD!

Exactly what I ordered but took longer than I expected. They almost missed my event. Overall very happy but I would suggest ordering well before you need the product so you won't miss a deadline.

I had no problem until, you received the irons back June 6 2021. I would love to still buy from you. But the idea that I returned my tailor-made M2 irons and you still are charging my PayPal is Ridiculous, please review and check UPS was used and I printed the label thru ur company. RETURNED! Please get this right with my PayPal account. $543.74
Charles- I am sorry for any confusion here, as listed on the FAQ page refunds for returns can take 7-10 business days. We DID try to refund you on July 12th however you decided to bypass us and file a dispute. That dispute is what caused this refund delay sir. It is never recommended to file a dispute as it only prolongs a refund. Once a dispute is filed it freezes the payment you made to us and flags the account. Therefore a refund cannot be processed then and must wait until the bank resolves it. This is not our fault, we tried to refund you but your dispute caused this to happen. We did alert paypal to refund you so I do not know why they have not yet; this is what happens w/ disputes as it always will take a least an additional month because banks operate slowly. As we kindly informed you, we will again notify the dispute center w/ your own bank and tell them this is approved to refund. In the future when shopping with any company; work w/ the company do not file disputes and that will definitely get any issues or concerns resolved much quicker for you.
