Firstly, I have absolutely no complaints. Being a Canadian and having the product shipped up here, I was a little worried at first. However, the products arrived ahead of time and will probably use "Rock Bottom Golf" in the future. The prices (even with the exchange in the dollar) were cheaper than ordering the same product here in Canada. For example, I bought, through RBG a pair of "Loudmouth shorts" which was half the price for the same pair sold through Loudmouth Canada.
We are moving out West, so hopefully RBG can still provide the service - thanks again

I purchased over 550 dollars worth of merchandise, and was promised 2 day shipping. That turned into 4 day shipping and not a big deal until I contacted customer service. They took a day to answer my question and had zero answers. Very poor customer service, extremely disappointing
Hi Tim- We are so sorry if this was shipped late! We truly do not intentionally do that and the warehouse is working very hard to get orders shipped on time for on time delivery, deepest apologies if this one fell through the cracks. I am not sure what order it is as I do not see an order number listed so I cannot view the details of this but note we in CS are working diligently to get back to all customers. I do believe you contacted us during non-business hours which would be why you did not get a response from us until today. We do not have CS Business hours on Saturday & Sunday, hence why the response was provided today. Our business hours are listed on the website and in the auto email response when customers email us, very sorry for any confusion around that.

Kindly understand some items we MUST go through the vendor as it is a warranty claim for the defective item. This is standard process, if a item purchase is defective as absolutely will get it resolved for the customer however yes most times the defect warranty needs to go through the vendor. We are not asking you to do that sir; we are handling it with the vendor and working as quickly as possible to get it resolved for you. This is a standard process we must abide by and it is explained in our FAQ database as well. It is not about CS being poor, we are handling it quickly; and it’s definitely not about how great of a customer you are as we do value you and all our customers.
