I placed my order for the new Callaway B21 irons on September 14, today September 24 I called to find out what the hell is going on! I was told that it must be being filled at Callaway, but would have to check on it because they didn't know! Are you kidding me! Why is it coming from Callaway when I ordered from you? So after 10 days it could still be another week, not very good customer service. This was my first order with rock bottom, and there will not be another one. P.S. I had to Google the company to find a telephone # because there is no that I could find at their website
I have purchased several items from Rock Bottom Golf over the years. I have always been happy with them and I recommend them to anybody who will listen.
This is one of the worst companies to buy golf product from. Their return policy is a joke and their customer service is completely unprofessional. There's plenty of places to buy golf equipment that have better policies and far better customer service. Don't waster your time talking to *, she's too busy trying to save a dollar rather than listening to the actual issue and dealing with customer concerns.
Here is how a conversation goes with the RBG customer service rep
1. They immediately get defensive and attack you for challenging their policies. (Name calling and threats is not out of the question)
2. They will consistently send you the policy you are disputing... again and again. I guess they think if its posted on the internet it has to be true and how dare you challenge them (See below)
3. They will get more defensive but offer no solution, they are more interested in winning the argument than keeping the customer (You can just review the responses in this thread and see how passive aggressive their customer service is)
They say they have a 99% (plus or minus) approval rating but that is only true on their own website where they filter out the reviews. They don't have that high of a review on this site, google doesn't seem to be a fan when you search for reviews.

Bought a set of golf grips to redo my clubs. Was a bit Po'd that it took 5 days before they were shipped but the grips are great and am very pleased with them. I will order from here again with the expectation that it may take a bit to get here.
Ordered a golf cart from Rock Bottom. Arrived as described. One month later it was advertised by Rock Bottom for $80 less. Be careful you aren't gypped.

Unfortunately if it was a month old we would not honor a past price but we do always have the lowest prices that is our guarantee =) so whether you got it for a little more or a little less you received the lowest price at that time between us and our competitors.
