I purchased Wilson Staff driver and fairway wood from Rockbottom. The quality of the driver is extremely poor for a $300 club. The Wilson Staff brand used to mean high quality, but when I complained to Rockbottom Golf that the club is virtually un-hit-able and likely defective, their customer service representative replied that it likely wasn't defective and that I was just dis-satisfied. So the club is either defective or Rockbottom sells junk clubs at premium pricing, or the Wilson Staff name is a degraded brand of very low quality. The fairway wood isn't great, but it is hit-able, unlike the driver.
I like the 14 way full length dividers. Keep clubs from getting tangled up. Plenty of storage space. Nice extras (glove attachment site, card pocket and pen sleeve). Haven't been using very long. Material does not seem as sturdy as my previous Bag Boy bag but no problems so far.
True quality in mint and near mint balls at a very good price. Im very happy with the product. Would buy again.

Still getting my club speed and distance
This was my first time using Rock Bottom Golf. I only got Golf Balls and Golf Gloves but with the sales they had going and their lower prices I felt I got a really good deal and they arrived fairly quickly. I have no issues with quality so over all extremely happy. Already got my golf buddies updated in case they wanted to use them too.
I was able to purchase two pair of Etonic Stablites for $25 each. These shoes were originally about $75 per pair. What a deal!

Hi Peter- I read over the email strand, the CSR you were working with did not say he could not help. He stated in his opinion it did not sound like a item defect however he said he absolutely will submit this to Wilson to see if they will accept under a defect. We are an authorized Wilson seller and we do need to work through the vendor for defective complaints. The response our CSR sent to you stated the below, we are willing to help you sir, we just need you to work with us so we can try to assist with your complaint.
"... If you do however believe that the clubs are defective, we would need to work with Wilson directly on their warranty process. If defective, they would be able to replace them under warranty."
