I order twice from Rockbottom Golf and somehow they and UPS managed to screw it up 3 times. The first order was damaged in shipping by UPS and never delivered. Rockbottom never reached out to me I need to let them know that UPS damaged the item. The next order was also damaged and stopped by UPS. Again, Rockbottom didn't reach out to me I had to tell them. The replacement order came in, of course it was wrong, it was missing the putter I ordered. The caveman on the website, I think he's the guy in charge of customer service and shipping.
Callaway shoes are excellent and am enjoying them already. These have more traction than the spikeless type shoes that are so prevalent.
When most people hear RBG they think of the supreme court justice. But this RBG is serving up justice to high priced golf stores everywhere. Can't beat Rock Bottom Golf pricing!
TThe Hot-Z 3.5 cart bag was just the size I wanted and weighs as much as 3.5 feathers.
Plenty of pockets for gear as well as one for cold beverages. The large rigid handle on top makes it easy to maneuver from car trunk to cart. I looked at several bags but decided on this bag because of the features and price. The shipping was reasonable and super quick
Received my Wilson duo golf balls in a timely manner. Great price for 2 boxes. I use the duo soft balls to get more distance since I am a senior player.
Only used for 2 rounds of golf. Can't hit it. Don't know if it is shaft or what. Work on it next year I guess. Golf is over up here.

I havve used the f9 several times since my purchased it. I was using a cobra flyz previously, which I was happy with, but as i have gotten older (age 69), my distace started suffering. Averaged about 200 on drives. Now, and this is the truth, easily 220 to 240. My friends are in awe. Plus, it is definitely straighter. I can draw or fade with it too. Buy it.
Never a problem always got what i ordered, and has always been exactly as advertised. I have always had good results with rock bottom.
The case was as I expected. I have already used it as I flew to Sedona. It withstood the abuse of the baggage handlers.

You really do get great stuff from here without having to pay a lot... I'm a "beginning" golfer and didn't want to pay $800 for some clubs... I built my set from rock-bottom golf for like $250 - $300 and they're great name brands

Customer service is top notch. Products are always amazing! Delivery is on point. I broke my club, I reached out to customer service just to get an idea of the shaft to replace it. The gentleman who helped reached out to Callaway, set me up to get a brand new club, exact one I had. All I had to do was print a label and bring it to get shipped. Got my new club back 3 days later. Top notch, A+ service. RBG will always be my first stop for golf.
The website was easy to order from. It took a long time from the time the order was picked up to the time I got it. However, that was not Rock Bottom's fault. I will order from them again.
