Great customer service I ordered from them in the middle of December and received the product in 3 to 4 days. I have ordered other things from other companies around the same time and I still have not received them. I will be ordering from Rockbottom from here on out especially when I go to get my new clubs in March or April thank you for the great service.

I'm not sure if this company has just fallen off or is out of money, but their website is the worst. Their cash for clubs is impossible to use, their promos never work, and their customer service never responds to an email. I will take my business elsewhere. Too much competition out there to be as bad as these guys.
Every year, I purchase two to four dozens of golf balls from Rockbottom.com because it offers free personalization. I always get YEAR, MY INITIALS, and MY GOLF CLUB NAME printed on the balls. I always keep one to two balls unused for remembrance. I ordered again this year in November. Unfortunately, two dozens of Pro V1 arrived without personalization. I am not sure if I missed something when I ordered or Rockbottom.com didn't fill the order correctly. Now, I am not sure if I want to make another order or go through the trouble to return the original order.
These clubs are nothing short of awesome. Big sweet spot and easy to hit. Gained about an additional 10-15 yards with each club. The biggest gap is between the 6 and the 5 hybrid. I need to spend some time at the range with the hybrid. Thanks Rock-bottom, great service.
RBG always seems to have the best golf deals and very timely delivery. The selection of items is huge and you can go for reasonably priced high quality or crazy low priced value. They have both and will ship almost immediately. Highly recommend RBG!
I placed my order with Rock Bottom Golf several times and have never had a problem, he has great inventory and offers good pricing on many items. He's got great inventory but not always the lowest price but most items are good prices. I've bought several items and always received my orders as promised.

Clubs arrived on time. The set of Tour Edge 470 looks great. I have not had a chance to swing them since I live up north.

Callaway 3 wood ordered and advised would be drop ship and ready for shipping roughly 3to 10 days after. After 14 days had to contact store to get any action and again 7 days later to get any delivery advice( after requesting cancellation of order) goods finally arrived after a full month from time of ordering
I placed an order on November 27th and was given a "guaranteed" delivery date of December 14th. Once December 14th came and went I tried to find a customer service number, however RBG only has email. After sending 3 emails and contacting them via social media, I finally recieves a response on December 20th.
The only reason we order from RBG was for the delivery date. We has a Christmas party and then was going to be out if town until January 3rd. On December 20th I got a email stating they (RBG) had sent another item. If they would have taken the time to actually speak to me they would have known I would not be at the address and since I was out of town I would have liked a refund.
When I contacted RBG to let them know throat pur security cameras did not show any package delivered and that I want a refund because the item was no longer needed, I was told take it up with UPS.
If you're in Canada don't bother ordering from Rock Bottom Golf, they don't accept ANY credit cards that are issued in Canada. And the people you have to deal with about this are not helpful. I tried THREE different credit cards and their site declined them all. Would not recommend this site to anyone really!
