My Callaway Mavrik hybrid was delivered on time, great customer service. Would our purchase from them again.

If you buy from this company and do not read the small print or the opt out at check out you will end up with useless "free" magazines. I bought a shaft and ended up with a wine magazine and cigar magazine delivered to my house "free". The catch is if you do not discontinue the publisher charges you for a renewal. What does this have to do with buying a golf shaft! Complain and they will tell you to read the small print- STAY AWAY INSTEAD

I purchased a rangefinder from Rock Bottom Golf and tried to have it replaced through the manufacture (supposed to be water resistant and used it in foggy conditions, condensation appeared inside the unit). I got the run around from the manufacturer with no response. This lasted for 2 months. Contacted RBG and they took care of it right away. Couldn't be happier. By the way this manufacturer is a leader in golf rangefinders. No problems out of any of my buddies rangefinder with the same name. Thank you RBG for taking care of this issue for me. You have my business for sure!

I purchased TaylorMade Golf- SIM Max OS Irons (7 Iron Set), Options: Stiff Flex - 5-PW/AW, Order #*******, Dec 20th 2020. Received order before Christmas. Just a little background why I'm so concerned is because I; m a 20 year Navy veteran suffering from PTSD and I chose golf to keep me rooted in reality. Some warriors chose a dog but golf is needed by me once a week. I have contacted Rock Bottom 22 June - 28 July 2021 still no resolution. Sent photos of club heads separated from shafts. At this time I have contacted TaylorMade for assist. If I could give less star I would because of the mental anguish. I played golf Sunday 25 July and while swinging my A wedge the head separated from the shaft. I have never experienced this before

They have good pricing, you can get good deals on items being discontinued or last years model. My biggest complaint is shipping…, all of my purchase have taken 2-3 days to ship it either UPS or USPS. I get my items about 10 days after I order it.
They have to get the items faster to the delivery service.

Received golf bag actually faster than I expected. Very good quality bag. Has all the room I need for to carry accessories in addition to the clubs. Full length dividers are the best I've had in a bag.

I cant seem to get a rep to talk to and no response via e mail or phone. What is going on with this company? Customer service is the most important part of an on line business.

First time ordering through this company. Product was exactly what I ordered and arrived in the expected time frame. The price was lower than many other companies possibly due to the inventory. Did not need the customer service after the purchase (as of yet) but have confidence that they would stand behind their products as the other reviewers have indicated.

I thought I got a great price on clubs and a driver. I got an email saying we cannot process your order@$767, when I asked why they said talk to your bank. My bank said everything is fine, all of a sudden rockbottom can process the same order at $1500. This site is a joke and shouldn't be trusted.

I picked up my order from the Post Office. The box was very damaged and missing 1 of 2 clubs and the golf balls I ordered. I sent an email to Customer service and they are fixing the issue!

Rock Botttom Golf has been my primary source for golf supplies for over 15 years. My recent order was for a pair of golf shoes and two dozen Calloway balls. My shipment had the shoes, a dozen Calloway balls (as ordered) and dozen Bridgestone "practice" balls.
My message about the error was unanswered. This is a minor mistake and I will not be overly critical, but I would like the ammo box of Calloway logo over run balls.

I received my order in fast time. My order also came packaged great and did not chip or break while being shipped.

Entire golf set came within a week and all were set to standards as given. I love my clubs and was really hard to find a price that beat them without exhausting quality.

Normally I am not able to find a site that has clothes, shoes, clubs, specials, and always from manufacturer in the bag/ box. They ship Same day free, in your home in 2 days. 5 orders so far all perfect. 240 full set n bag new grips 10 club iron set ping black. Bridgestone driver JBR and Titleist fairway woods... puma, Travis Mathieu clothes shoes and hats. All 70% cheaper than $#*!S SPORTING GOODS. I WILL BUY 0 FROM $#*!S OR GOLF GALAXY AGAIN.

My irons were supposed to ship in 3-7 business days. They are scheduled to ship a month and half after I ordered them. Tried to get a reason and the only way to contact rock bottom is to email. The customer service agent (Tyler) sent me and email saying the same thing twice. Would not give me a reason why there was such a delay. Ordered a wood and a driver as well, both were supposed to have a stiff shaft. I got a regular staff instead. Just a terrible overall experience, will not shop here again.
