Every company will get a positive review when things 'go right'. It is when things go wrong, or there is an error, that truly defines the values that a company upholds in their response. I ordered a new driver along with a new staff bag. When the shipment arrived, the staff bag was perfect! Loved it! The surprise was when I opened the box with the new driver... all that was in the box was the shaft and the adjustment tool. The club head was not in the box! I immediately contacted their customer service center. The gentleman apologized and overnighted a completely new driver to my home (this time the club head came with the shaft :) ). They trusted me to return the original shipment and provided a shipment label for me. Bottom line, errors happen. Regardless of the business or industry, 'stuff' can go wrong. When this happened to me, Rock Bottom Golf stepped up to the plate, immediately correcting the shipment, and did it in a professional and extremely quick manner. I will continue to use them for my future golf purchasing needs. Well Done.

Well, I knew that the membership at gold clubs is very expensive, however I'm fond of playing golf and that's why I always try to attend various competitions and matches. I have tried to find any kind of membership which wouldn't be so expensive as everywhere. I found this service and this golf club is great. I took out a membership here and now I'm a true golf player. Of course, it may take plenty of times for me in order to start earning money from matches, however, due to this service I can reach everything I want actually.

First the good - fast and convenient.
Now the bad - on a 125$ Order, I paid $33 USD in shipping. I was aware of that charge and accepted it. 3 weeks later, I received an invoice from UPS for $42 CND for "duty, entry prep fee ($30.40), bond fee, COD /online fee, etc. Certainly sounds like MORE shipping to me.
Plus - the Monogram initials on the golf balls come off almost instantly - cheap at 1.99 USD so no biggie. Just beware.

Purchase for rock-bottom gloves by mistake I bought the wrong hand. Never open the box to check came down with Covid was out of commission for a few months when I realized contacted Rockbottom golf. They told me they have no exchange policy and can do nothing for me. So in my opinion customer service was horrible stead of exchanging for gloves and keep the customer happy after five years of using them and purchasing from them I will now go elsewhere for what I need

I ordered a set of used golf clubs on their site, great price for a set in 'like new' condition and I was looking forward to the "Home In 2" fast delivery they promised.
Well, none of it happened. They charged my credit card for the clubs, the transaction cleared but my order sat for nearly a week in 'Pending Processing'. I reached out to them via email (no phone number should have been a tip-off that it's not reputable) and they replied the next day saying my order should ship by the end of business that day. It didn't. Nor the next day, nor the next!
I finally sent another email telling them to give me a status on when they planned to ship or give me my money back. A few hours later - BOOM! The order was cancelled, no further contact from anyone via email... just cancelled without any further explanation.
Use at your own risk. I would not consider this to be a trustworthy organization if they can't be bothered to even have a phone number. Lesson learned.
