Buyer beware! Read the terms they claim the right to change, altar, discontinue or pretty much do whatever they want with your account. My son made an accidental purchase that had a passcode. We are currently not working due to covid 19 and as most of you know kids are home from school and we are basically quarantined. My son loved these games and had tons of friends and progress over the past few years. We have previously spent money and never had a previous issue besides regular glitches and bugs. Hoping they would understand in the current crisis we have going on I asked for a refund. My son's account was then deleted without us being told and all previous money and progress lost. All of the sudden he can't sign in anymore. I have emailed multiple times explaining the situation and the unusual circumstances we are all in right now. All we want is my tons original account back. Nothing else. We have not previously ever had a refund or problem we've needed to contact about. Well, they have denied us access mutiple times saying he went against their terms of use. He's 8 he made a mistake and even in these times they have no understanding and they do not care. They have denied my appeal and my multiple requests at speaking to someone else or to just reinstate my son's original account. He lost all his friends his years of progress and all the previous money spent all because he purchased by mistake and I asked for a one time refund because we just didn't have the extra being out of work. Their actually call office is closed because of the virus, so they are well aware of what we are all battling. Very dissapointed in the lack of understanding for a CHILDS GAME that brings a little happiness in these trying times. So sad it is one of the only companies I know of personally not willing to work with the customer during all this and especially for a child's mistake on a child's game. Pathetic. BUYER BEWARE

Why does 1 star reviews says "my account got hacked because i wanted free robux" or "this game is trash because i dont wanna spend money on cosmetic" this game is fun and if you hate my opinion then go hate idc and the people saying "omg my roblox acc got hacked and they only care about the money they wont respond omg" THEY RESPOND OKAY? I got my hacked account back but it took so long because they have a lot of emails they came back to me like in 1 month but i waited patiently. So everyone. DONT. PUT. 1. STAR. REVIEW. FOR. BAD. REASONS. The community is so good and i dont see the bulling anymore so if anyone quitted this game please reconsider trying this game again. Thank you

Well, I'll start with one thing. ROBLOX CARES MORE ABOUT MONEY THAN THEY CARE ABOUT YOU. My Roblox account recently got hacked, and the hacker uploaded inappropriate pictures to it (decals) so I got banned and the Customer Service COULDN'T give a damn. Don't waste money on this game because your account may get hacked, Roblox Customer Service will just copy and paste a message saying "oh sorry lol it's all your fault and not our problem lol", and you're literally stuck with nothing. All Roblox wants is the money and doesn't care about their users. Also, there's this dumb currency called Robux, it's way too expensive, and you can only buy it from them. Roblox, as someone else said, is very greedy, and as a company that has over 3 million dollars, they don't need Robux anymore, but now they're charging more than ever for Robux. It's really unfair how people with poorer families can do less than those who have more money to waste on Robux. If you buy Robux and they ban you for no valid reason (kind of like what they did with me), they're basically stealing your money and that can be considered theft. Well, basically what I'm saying is, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH ROBLOX, YOU'LL PROBABLY GET HACKED, THE CUSTOMER CARE WILL BLAME IT ALL ON YOU, AND YOU LOSE EVERYTHING.

So, there is this roblox game called "Rogue Lineage" and it's super hard with permadeath mechanics and they ignored the fact that rogue lineage received more votes than adventure up, and they got killed by a freshspawn (noob) so they actually went ahead and made adventure up win, cause it's easier what $#*!ing simps, In my conclusion he roblox admins are biased, they banned someone permanently on all their ips cause they pointed out one of the roblox admins on their OFFICIAL ADMIN ACCOUNTS were following an nsfw page, see how biased they are now?

Terrible Experience for us. Thought this was going to be great, keep the kids busy when i needed some time to do things around the house.

How wrong I was, I have repeatedly had my young kids heart broken because ALL of his hard work was Erased or manipulated by hackers... So i set off to read up and drew my own conclusion that "ROBLOX Inc". Does not care that people "exploit" (seems as it takes 10 sec to create a hack account, in case they get banned.)
I even read that they enjoy having all these extra accounts so they can boast numbers. They say otherwise, however seems to have been this way for 10+ years.

Anyway, I have withdrawn his account and put my money elsewhere!

I have been playing Roblox for quite a few years and have developed a great experience on it. It is rare to find online daters throughout the Roblox platform, unless you go onto games such as Boys and Girls Dance Club, Meepcity, Life in Paradise, etc., where there are always bound to be an online dater now and then. There is safe chat, algorithms to stop people wearing innapropiate clothing, and more, so Roblox is already trying their best to provide a safe and fun experience. It is also the parent's responsibility to research and supervise their kids so that they won't run into or play any innapropiate content.
