My daughter loves roblox. I am not keen on the game at all, but I occasionally play with her. She enjoys it. Most of the time, we are playing "adopt me". She enjoys collecting pets and creating her own character and home. I decided to purchase her the guardian lion in the lunar new year adopt me world. It was 500 robux. I was prompted to make the purchase, so I purchased 800 robux, and the guardian lion was supposed to be deducted from that total. The page to purchase after entering my information and confirming it continued to load repeatedly. Eventually, it stopped loading, as it would when a purchase is complete. However, she received no robux and no guardian lion on her account. I checked my purchase history on my Xbox one and it showed the purchase, as did my Chase bank app. I was charged immediately but had no robux or pet. So I used their customer service request form explaining the problem. I got numerous auto responses before getting someone that asked for information I already provided in the request form. I sent all relevant information. I received another email stating they needed a screenshot of the transaction receipt, so I attached both the receipt from my Xbox and the transaction from Chase bank. I was specifically told to respond and attach to the email I had been in contact with. I sent off my response only to receive an auto response stating that they no longer support direct messages to that email address and I needed to use the support form... excuse me but what? I was incredibly frustrated at this point, and used the support form again. Mind you, it has been 8 days since I requested help. I attached all relevant screenshots, and included my information for Xbox, roblox, email address, etc. I received a response from Caiden that said he checked my account and the robux were accurately applied. I logged into Xbox yet again, checking my daughters account. She has 55 robux from a previous purchase, and no guardian lion. At this point, I am so angry and disgusted with a children's game that is casually stealing from them, and have the nerve to imply I am lying for a 10 dollar transaction? I sent a response to his useless email implying I am a liar trying to get free digital currency for my daughter. I will never spend another cent on this hideous game. My daughter is welcome to play, but I caution anyone using this game to watch your purchases. If a mistake happens, even if it is their fault, you will receive no help from their so called "support" team. Your only possible course of action will be contacting your bank or credit card and disputing the transaction.

Well, wanna know why I gave this 3 stars? I could of given it a 5 of 4 but here is why.

I get hacked very easily, but I do have a email linked to that account. But the ticket doesn't work for me since it doesn't link to my account. Also loads of toxic people. They need to suspend them off ROBLOX.

Although its amazing ROBLOX! Since that you have a variety of games to choose from its not just 1 simple game, its really unique! You can get hair, clothing, faces, skirts, and many more! You can be creative and make a game and a group and so much more.

I played a lot of Roblox when I was younger, and I still like to play semi-frequently with my old friends from school. Within the past year, my account was hacked into and the password and email were both changed. I contacted Roblox to recover my account. I emailed them with both, the email that was most recently linked to the account, as well as the email used to create the account (with screenshots of the verification email). I gave Roblox every username that has ever been associated with my account. After giving that information and explaining the situation, Roblox customer service said that since I never linked my credit card to the account, that I needed to provide them with the code on the back of the first Roblox card I ever redeemed on my account. That is absolutely ridiculous. Why would I have kept a used Roblox card for 7 years? Of course, I threw it away--it was trash. However, Roblox customer service said that they couldn't help, even with all of the accurate information I gave, which very clearly showed that I was the owner of the account. I wasn't able to get my account back, and I lost 7 years of exclusive items, game progress, and robux. Roblox customer service let someone steal my account. The whole experience was very disappointing to say the least.

Brought some robux, only to have my account terminated a few weeks later. Thankfully It was only about a few pounds worth. But still, It is clear that they just want you to continue to buy things with real money. Up until then I was mostly satisfied with the actual game play. But did come across some questionable usernames and games.

Bans people for no reason. Ban this game for ever. Do not let it be unbanned. Leave it to die. DO NOT.

Holy mother of God. This is the coolest game EVER! For those people "complaining" or "thinking" that this site is bad? Well, *chuckles* you're wrong buddy. People putting really bad reviews like for example rating this awesome game a 1 STAR?! I mean c'mon! The people putting bad reviews on this site think that "Minecraft" is better. I mean, is there like rewards for doing such a thing in Minecraft?! Besides, there are these really cool events in roblox that you participate in. (but you can choose not to) They are so cool you can avatar items for doing events! This game is really AWESOME and you should go play it. You can play this on PCs, Android Phones, iPhones and Tablet. I play this game and record my gameplay on Twitch to share with and people love my gameplay! I mean, people think that ROBLOX is bad, and I don't agree with them, but some people do and that's okay. Hmm? What did you say? Lets play some ROBLOX!

As now for the parents the bad reviews are three year olds wanting attention of got their password stolen from a free robux site and is now rage quitting so basically if your child got scammed on adopt me sorry to break it to you but they don't do refunds and tbh hide all your credit cards and stuff tbh I'm speaking facts I'm a child- I know what Roblox is like it's a 1 star review because most people look at them so I get my msg across quicker

The reason why its the best because i can be anything i want but not something bad let your kids play!

I don't hate the game itself, I love it. But the community (to me) says otherwise. They make strange games with a heck of a ton of messed up things. My little brother played a disturbing sexual game that was covered up with a title that wasn't true. The game was made by the community and he joined it expecting Fun but instead, what came out was tears. He cried for hours. He saw things he was not supposed to see. A lot of people bullied him with a unfiltered chat. Roblox soon banned the game but he still hates it because of all the people who bully him with no respect. I'm gonna give this a 2 star review for the fantastic game, but 3 less for the horrible community. I have to admit, some people on the website are great, but most of the time, you will stumble across the people I have been ranting about.

Roblox is fun because of all the games you can play my favourite is arsenal its a first person shooter gun game so when you get a kill you get a new gun but you can get really angry with yourself playing it

My 9yr old son's toon was hacked and stolen. Given he's 9, I've never bought anything without a gift card, no iTunes or Google play. They won't retrieve my son's account even though I verified it with mt email address last year and have purchases from 2018. The account has been open since 2017. We've spent $1000 in gift cards for that account and now it's just gone and my son is devastated. They've lost customers that don't hack and spend money on the game. Worst game ever.

I literally love this game. SO GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD. At first it wasn't as fun for me but now i love it. If anyone has a bad opinion on this they are wrong!

Theres many roblox stupid hacker, oders, toxic kid, dating with a legos, very bad moderator, robux toxid kid tho, moderator bans wrong players, racism, many idiot game dev copying / stealing idea on a new released game on steam or etc, also chat tags tho, idiot $#*!ty bullies, butt secks game, dating games that make total cancer, lgbtq game dat teach kid how to become a gay or lesbian. I've been on roblox for quite a while and roblox customer support doesn't seem real and instead seems to be botted, and their servers are starting to fail in the US. stuff like game GUI and other players' avatars won't load correctly, severely ruining the roblox experience for me. Their website was also partially failing to load, the only way I could fix this was using a VPN.

A few months ago, I was playing royal high. I was role-playing of being an evil character and some girls in the game didn't like it. We all had a fight and then, we all said sorry to each other. But one girl, who was "littleemy01" was following me wherever I was going. I said to her sorry several times but she wanted to take revenge as she was the one who I torched. And then, she started to overreact and said: "Apology not accepted". It was annoying. After that, I reported her, she was offline. I think she got banned. I stopped playing royal high (I stopped playing Roblox bc to focus on my studies). I love Roblox but pls ban bullies.

I did the step 2 verify on my phone and it said that it was wrong so i reroll it to do it again just to see it say reroll
So roblox has now made me lose my account with like 80 bucks spent on it because they are a fricken bulli and everyone don't bother with roblox minecraft is such a better game and it doesn't SCAM YOU FOR YOUR MONEY WELL I NOW HATE ROBLOX AND THIS IS HAPPENING TO ME FRIENDS SO ROBLOX WITH A DO RESPECT SCREW OFF AND GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK

The people using this game platform( This includes the youtubers), they are not that bad. Some people just put scare stories on the internet. Games are really good, which means that you are usually with other people (99.******* percent of the time not a hacker or online rapist) are usually playing with you.
