When using robux in shop to purchase items they delete items the next day leaving you with nothing and no refund. Contacted support only response is that thet are unable to help. Do not waste your money on Robux!

I repeat do not purchase Robux for virtual items and toys. We have had many purchased items removed or deleted from our child's inventory by Roblox with a tough luck response from customer service. Roblox does not operate within consumer protection laws or ethical practices. We were told that no refunds will be issued for fraudulent or misrepresented products nor will they restore or refund items that were deleted by Roblox or creators. These people are taking advantage of children who spend money on robux and then induce these kids into purchases that are misleading or false advertisements.

Roblox is an amazing game with an amazing community! Roblox corporation makes sure that their customers and viewers are happy and entertained!

If you seen the latest Reviews, it has been terribly rated so I will give my complete honest opinion on this without being biased on it. I live in Canada, so I hoped that it would give a good experience but suddenly, BOOM! Error 773 happening every time I try to join a server. When I enter the US and change my settings, it normally would be better but that is the incorrect answer for Roblox. Other errors appear. Seems like Roblox is turning hopeless slowly.

I've been playing ROBLOX since december of 2017, and its a good game. It lets you create, and play creations! You can have a unique avatar, and game too. But there are some bad things about it. People like to bypass the trash filter. People can bypass words from the F word, to the D word. Speaking of bypassing, people also make insanely inappropriate games called condo games. Never play them. They are extremely inappropriate for anyone under 18. There are also exploiters that do the same in more civil games. Also, people online date on the platform too. And although rare, there are some child prededors. The worst of all, bans. Bans will break your heart after you spend years building your acc, all to go down the drain over a stupid ban. The moderation sucks. Its handled by mostly bots and you get banned for stupid reasons. From the 3 day infomus "yes" ban, to the "epic" termination. And if you say, "ill get my acc back through support, ez," then oh boy are you wrong. The support system is crap too. I almost lost my account twice due to my stupidity and getting hacked, the support took like 2 days to respond and it took 3 terrifying days to get my account back. But after all of that, roblox is mostly a free game. Though the community are skilled complainers, and the roblox team sucks, the unreasonable bans and the child preadoder stuff are not that common. Still a fun game to play with friends, and even make new friends!

Ive been trying to log into my old account (vvanex)and the password is correct but when i finish verification it takes me to my other account (h3qrts) ive been contacting roblox customer support and they were no help just bots replying to me! Garbage greedy company they only care about money they dont care about customers UTTER GARBAGE COMPANY!

I showed my mom roblox and she was like: Cool! Now she plays roblox and barely spends time with me! You should add where you can only spend like 3 or 4 or 5 hours its not healthy to look at a screen all day. I don't even know why I downloaded it.

It's the worst game for kids I had my son get bullied on this game and his account hacked into it and I wrote roblox an email and the child that had done all the bad thing to my son and other kids is still playing on his account like he didn't do anything I had asked roblox to cancel that kid account but didn't take action yet while my kid is being bullied and can't play on his account so roblox don't take actions and they don't protect there players

Roblox is one of the best games on the program. To use this, you will like it. Also idk why I did not. My roblox username is blue_kkingg at the time.

I love roblox and play it everyday i have an unhealthy obsession with it but i just love it and they kinda need a bit more updates for it but overall its an amazing game.

Listen, I LOVE playing roblox!, I don't quite understand why it has three stars. This game is way better (in my opinion) because it allows you to play any game, and my favorite youtuber is flamingo! I have been playing this game since 2012, and I rate this 5/5 stars!

BUYER BEWARE – if you buy robux (game money) in the popular game Roblox and there is a glitch in the game, the money fails to load, you get scammed or you just log in your account and the money happened to disappear, Roblox WILL NOT refund you for any situation or circumstance that you may have. I believe they have glitches on purpose, so that you will have to buy even more robux from them. Any game/company in general, that does not offer a refund, PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

They removed my sons account and won't give me the reason for it, I spent hundreds of pounds in birthday presents buying robux for him all for it to be a waste of time.
