After numerous (and I mean NUMEROUS) DMCAs and other copy strikes of games, the site has plunged into the abyss of horrible content quality. Events are no longer existent, everything in the market is paywalled, every good game is locked behind a Robux fee. This is not even mentioning the account theft that is now rampant.

I see a lot of reviews on this website that are angry parents and bad they are Very strict with there chat monitor and Roblox bans ppl if they get pass the chat filter making it 100% safe TRUST ME I have fortnite gta v Roblox etc.

1. Don't ban me for not knowing what bisexual means
2. Release updates in all country's at the same time. I want a display name without having to move to Germany.
3. please actually respond when I fill out a appeal form.
4.(most important one) please make limited items less expensive
Take the super super happy face for example, it went from $2 dollars to $350 dollars!

Roblox is pretty good the games are cool and its fun to play with friends, however there's so many falls and downsides to it. The first downside is Robux and no i'm not talking about how expensive it is because I don't have a problem with that its just the fact that when an item gets content deleted you can no longer wear that item and it becomes a waste of money because they don't give the robux back. Moderation sucks you'll get banned for the smallest things due to the bad moderation team. They'll ban people for doing harmless thing like saying "hello." but they wont ban racists or even pedos. Its also 100% not for kids under 13 in my opinion.

For the 6 years of playing roblox everything was fine until my main account which I had for 5 years was hacked and then terminated because the person who hacked it posted content leading to my account termination. They never gave me 1, 3, 7 day ban warning before terminating my account have only had warnings from mods one of them was stupid I got a warning for saying "Sike" but anyways the support system is so terrible I have been sending appeals with valid evidence screenshots/screen records past information about the account and they still fail to somehow solve the situation. I have been waiting for a long time already to hopefully get my account back i roughly spent thousands of dollars on the account that i had for 5 years and honestly i don't think i can recover from this i feel like roblox just wants the money

It's ok so here's the story. Yesterday in celebration of my daughters seventh birthday I let her get Roblox because she really wanted it. She made an account called Shopkin_Princess8. She went to play this game called Bloxtopia for a while, and then she called me. I looked at her screen and saw people online dating. I told her to leave and join a new server. Unacceptable. She reported the online daters but they didn't get banned. That's a shame. Then she went to play princess tycoon wich was much better as nobody was online dating and she loves princesses and it's kind of like working a business wich is good and educational. She chose to be a sunshine princess cause she loves sunshine. But then, a bully came up to her and called her a noob. She didn't know what it meant so I looked it up and it said it was a slang for new player. She quickly reported that person and they did get banned! So overall good game except for the online daters and bully's.

I mistakenly left my cc on google play after buying some robux for my 7 yr old grandson. The next day he purchased a bunch of things for the game. As soon as my bank notified me, I took the card off and got in touch with roblox. Of course we went round n round. Then I finally get an email from Google thanking me for the purchases which allows me to report to them that I did not make the purchases nor authorize them. In the meantime I now saw where they tell you if this happens they may delete the kids account. I didn't think they would really do that. But guess what? After Google emails me and tells me they are refunding all the charges, they delete the WHOLE account. Which had extras on it we have paid for over the past few months. And caused the 7 yr old to cry hysterically because he's lost all his game stuff he accumulated that we BOUGHT and all his friends he had made. This is so not right to do to kids.If that's the way they are going to be they should make purchasing harder and restrict their games to older kids who understand how credit cards and money work. My grandson is distraught and I am pissed!

Then my kid came up to me saying he wanted to get this game called Road Blocks.
I decided to say yes because my kid needed to learn how to drive at age 1. So he ran away and started playing it. Then everytime i went to check up on him, like after a very long time, (1 minute) He started getting mad at me for no reason! I took his musty tablet and saw it wasnt about driving! Terrible game! I also saw some children dressing as gAy. Stupid lgbtq- so i sent them an email asking for the manager but they said no and gave my child **************047 Robux. I was mad! Furious! I went to my husband and he decided to divorce me. This is all this games fault, Very bad. Also im currently eating the balony sandwich i ate. Never download this road blocks game.

So today i checked my roblox account avatars went to costumes and that three of my $#*!ing costumes were deleted none of them were bad explicit or sexual so anyways why the hell did IT get deleted while on roblox you see some kids on roblox wearing ADULT CLOTHING so i want you guys to give me back my clothes or give me back the $#*!ing 20 dollars i payed for

My daughter bought some Robux and sure they gave it to her and she went to go upgrade her avatar and she got her clothes and stuff. After a few weeks (like 2), most of the things she bought WITH REAL MONEY just said "Content deleted" and didn't appear on her avatar. So basically they scammed her. Roblox shouldn't be able to let creators of clothes and stuff bought with Robux be able to take down or 'Delete' content that other people have bought as Now my daughter is crying beacause she saved up her pocket money for that.

Many many people has lost lots of money and can never get it back and also people are hacking peoples account and stealing everything they have spent on the game. The moderation also sucks, you can't say many words though they have no bad meaning in them and also people can get banned for "seven" days (when they say a number, no matter what its permanent because its broken) for stupid reasons like uploading an image on a shirt that has no bad meaning in it (in the image attached, someone was banned for putting a red square on a shirt). There are also lots of predators, bullies and bad people playing the game which makes it unsafe for children, and it may cause lots of stress to the child. The game can also really spoil the child and make them so addicted they might steal your credit card to make their experience better on the game. One time i had 700 robux and it all disappeared somehow and i found out there was a shirt in my avatar area that costed 700 robux and i know i never bought it and when we called roblox they did nothing about it, they really do suck. I highly dont recommend playing the game, its broken and the devs are too lazy to fix it and we had these problems since the game was released in 2006.

They are just copying and pasting, they don't even read what is your problem, they just send an answer to a completely other thing. I asked roblox support why cant we friend each other with a player on roblox (the add friend button is grey for both of us). And what i got is just sad. Nothing close to any solution. Just a feature that not even available in my country.

There might be predators lurking but for the most of it, it teaches kids about "learning by play" and any hackers who have more than bad intentions for young children (like me who is a 9 yo btw)
Would be moderated if one of the more "intelligent players" report them.
