I would always get banned and lose all my progress in games it's just so annoying. You will be sad and furious the hard work you did in Roblox and got to do the WHOLE game over and over and over again

This company takes no responsibility for the games on its platform. If you are going to build a place for games and be publically traded, you must offer support. The game creators DO NOT respond to support issues, and Roblox corporate says it's not their problem. So each side passes the blame. Your stock is crashing because people like me are pissed you do not hold the game creators whom we Allen's money with that you profit from as well accountable. So many errors and bugs with the games and mostly the money you spend on things they do not deliver. I have apple refund me because I didn't get what was promised, and after a month of back and forth, the Roblox support said it wasn't their issue. Yet my card charge wasn't Clicker Simulator; it was ROBLOX Nan's that makes it your issue. I paid your company the money, not the one game. So we removed our credit cards and chose to spend elsewhere. Many are doing this and will continue till Roblox gets their act together or completely crashes and goes bankrupt.

Worst customer support on any game i've ever played, 10 years playing now & i've had some problems over the years & not ONE time has roblox helped me. Sad to see nothing has changed in the customer service side of roblox. Shame on you guys.

The purchasing of Robux and all other things considered is broken. The addicting way they target kids and soon profit them for money is sickening that they can't go without buying memberships and Robux. The games are broken and buggy, with most not even scaling right. In my opinion, Roblox is a good platform but the company is disorganized and very shady in its commerce.

It is a good game but as soon i start to play it it was very addictive. But after I was more experience I wanted some robux so I asked my mom and dad and they said no i mean i was a little mad but my mom said that it is a wasted of money and i told her only 10$ but NOOOO i mean it was OK but whatever. I would have gave it 4 and a hafe because sometimes it gets boring. Another thing is i got robux and i dont know my password so i dont what to get longed of but other wised it is a good game and lots of games to play. Some thing that are bad is scammers, bully, for chat ####, online dating, swearing, hackers, and others. I would say a good age to play this game at 10 years old and up.

My daughters account I created for her back in 2018 was hacked last week. After reporting this hack to Roblox, and providing them more than enough proof I was the originator of this account they openly refused to investigate. I provided the multiple account verification emails that were sent to my email that showed requests from all
Over the world along with proof of purchase to the account and they said sorry they were unwilling to investigate. I am not the first and won't be the last to be taken advantage of and Roblox is not protecting your kids security. DO NOT OPEN ACCOUNTS with them they allow hackers to breach and take over, and do nothing about it. Don't trust them!

Horrible you will get hacked and your children harassed by these sick hackers. You cannot get any help reporting the hacker or getting them stopped!

1: Getting warned for doing nothing is a stupid concept. Roblox, your moderation system doesn't warn people who say bad things, but getting warned for CREATING A GAME? Builderman...
2:**************999% of the games on roblox are pure garbage or just copies. There's such a small amount of good games on roblox that finding one game is hard enough with millions of spin offs.
3: Robux? #bringbacktix. Robux sounds like a copy of V bucks.
4: TOS. The tos is STUPID. I made a game and got warned for having "Links" in my game which i DONT.

I wish you have free robux. Its not fair! What if your homeless and you play roblox and is poor and no money? Its fun though but reporting does not help and people are ugly in the game

So, I've seen a lot of negative reviews around robux! Specifically around robux being non-refundable and parents feeling as though they have been scammed. Unfortunately, if you read through the TOS (terms of service) you will see that they (robux) are non-refundable and that by creating an account you agree to the terms of use. I've also seen reviews of parents being mad about accounts being hijacked. So, roblox is not responsible for currency purchases as stated before, and they will terminate your account to prevent more currency from being purchased. So, to start off with talk to them about what to go to, and not to. For starters talk to them about "free-robux" games. These games will often times steal your child's password in which, hijacking the account. This means that their account has been hacked. How can you prevent this? Enable 2fA (two factor authentication) this is a form of extra security and will help better protect the child. Simply enter your email address and hit enable 2fa. Essentially, whenever you are logging into your account it will send a digit number to your email address that you will need to enter. Finally, let me address customer support. Yeah, it sucks that's one thing that definitely needs to be worked on.

I would say, in my opinion, that Roblox is a very excellent game. Besides the arguments that happen in games in Roblox, (which can be enabled by going to settings) it's overall a good game. I really enjoy all the games and the stuff you can do without robux. And there are many games you can play that don't need money, which is really helpful to people who still want to have fun, while not spending any money. You can play on any device which is also helpful to people who aren't always on a computer. I really enjoy all the different genres of games, and all the new updates and features roblox provides as it moves along the "journey". Even though Roblox sometimes has some ups and downs, it is overall a really good game.

SOON AFTER THEY BECAME OLD AND THEIR ARMPITS STARTED HURTING SO I THREW THEM OUT INTO THE TRASh CAN AFTER THEY PLAYED THIS GAME CALLED MEEPCITY. THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE. YA WANNA KNOW WHAT ELSE HAPPEND I LET MY KIDS PLAY THIS GAME CALLED PIGGY, THIS DEMONIC GAME HAVE TURNED MY INNOCENT PUMKIN BABIES. I WOULD SAY INTO PIGS BUT IT WOULD BE AN INSULT TO PIGs in India. I bought my granddaughter 125 dollars in Roblox for a Christmas present. The next day someone from California hacked her account and spent all her money. I wrote to Roblox and was basically told oh well too bad. I am now having to replace the Christmas present

My son and I have played a lot and have spent over $1,000 on this app. They do not honor the game's rules. Clicker Simulator has stars you get for things, and the game updates are full of bugs. We didn't get our rewards, and the Roblox support said they are not responsible for the games. Individual games do not have a way to contact their developers. There is no accountability, and no one is responsible. I suggest playing and watching the fun because you play and pay and don't honor their own rules. We will never spend money again on Roblox and manage their stock fall further because they choose not tonne an honest company and take responsibility for the games they host since we are paying Roblox, not the game creators.

This so-called "game" is burdensome, contradictory, and elusive to play. Disconnection is an inevitable phenomenon. For years, it's been unequivocal depravity. There are so many plagiarized games and straight-up duplicates of games and clothing from other platforms with no slight fraction of artistry whatsoever. It is amongst the most rebarbative and astonishingly Mammonistic games that are available right now. The platform is full of hacktivists, incendiary provocateurs that harass and ridicule innocent and immaculate people and as well execute insurrectionary raids, and administrators who do very little to acquiesce to these critiques.

I've been playing the game for a solid eight years, adjacent to a decade and for much of those years, the platform was saturated with unadulterated mediocrity. Overall, the game is a platform for exploiting children's entrepreneurial spirit, with no professional performance management for practically any activities if they can avoid it, and as well provides a Black Market. The platform has evolved over the years to investigate methodologies to incentivize purchases while deleting anachronistic functionalities such as an irreversible transactional historiography for their virtual currency and enabling customers to cancel transactions of apparel and game passes. There have been so many extortionists throughout the experience that it appears to be their priority rather than delivering any solutions. It's very pitiful. If you're frantically searching the internet for a fun gaming experience, this is not the game for you.

Why dosent it work, its just so stupid how you do it like this. Plus you abuse young devs, have a black market, the website is basically "Creating Complaints" and not "Inspiring Imagination"
