I was trying to play roblox on my computer and I logged in and everything and when I was about to play it said I needed to get it. It was like teasing a horny guy. Im. Mad and disappointed. I was so excited to play the pizza game and become maneger. Why would you make us login then not let us even play. I will be leaving a bad review and contacting the owner. Please think about others feelings too. Im at tears that I can't play roblox. You crushed a little kids dreams of being a pizza worker... I will now work at McDonalds. If I am homeless its your fault. Im deleting the app on all my friends and family phone. I am crying due to the fact of selfishness. Goodbye

Roblox is a very good game as there are many side effects such as: you waking up to your siblings pet fish floating in front of your face, mayonnaise replacing the white stuff in the middle of your Oreos, your pet llama suddenly speaking English and forming an army of llamas and raccoons (also speaking English) and evicting you from your appartment even though you live in a tent, a random monkey coming to you and declairing that you live in its land and it taking all of your stuff, you getting hacked by the worlds greatest hacker and them stealing all of your mayonnaise Oreos, your Airpods not working and you figuring out that they are just dead cockroaches, your water bottle drinking you insted of the other way round and death. Roblox, only available behind the mac books in the apple store (be careful for the angry emus that guard it). In conclusion i fully reccomend roblox.

I've had an account for many years now. As im in college, I decided to take a break for about 2 years. When I came back the account was hacked (stolen) and placed on another email address. Emailed roblox, they gave it back. Sweet right? Nope. The person who stole it emailed roblox and stole it right back. Why would roblox allow this? Idk... so I emailed again. This time it's "oh... we can't verify ownership sorry. Just reset the password or give us another email address ending *******@yahoo.com". That was the hackers email address ending... I always used outlook.
So today I finally had to say goodbye to all my childhood memories because of roblox. If they can't figure out how to help people get their account back, they shouldn't even have support. Very upsetting.

I love so much roblox, it's my favorite game but recently i got hacked and the hacker changed my age so contacted the customer service multiple times and the responses are always unusefull i put that my account got hacked and i asked them to change it and they always respond: Sophia (Roblox)

My child's account has been hacked and taken over by someone. Roblox is completely unresponsive. I've contacted their help forum been "assigned" several tickets and not spoken to or been contacted back by anyone. I found a phone number to call and it literally says leave a message and we'll contact you via email... it even laughably says "For the most expedient service contact us through our customer support forum" Don't put your credit card info in or spend money on Robux unless you're fine with a hacker taking that from you.

So when I got robux after forever i wanted to make a group, I pressed the purchase button for the group and then it said: unknown error, so I tried two more times the same thing, and I lost 300 robux and the group didn't even exist, now I realise that buying robux is a waste of money so I will not make that mistake again, my roblox user is XxCandycorn_2028, I don't have proof of my purchase tho,

So roblox is pretty fun I have been playing for a few years now the only thing that gets by the filter that is inappropriate is the word "69" but people don't go around spamming that so it is safe it is also free

1. Worst customer service I've ever seen, supported by MANY others. Only copy paste replies from all customer service members. If you try calling them, they end the call before you can even leave a voicemail or speak to someone. Completely insensitive and almost always useless. If you have any issues related to the in-game currency, including being hacked (which happens more than any other platform I've ever seen), they will only assist you ONCE and never again. Better off just getting over whatever issue you have.
2. Terrible moderation team. I'm guessing its either a bunch of people they outsourced from god knows where or a bunch of 12 year olds who don't understand much. Countless people banned for no reason or the absolute wrong reasons. Might as well just have a robot ban people - would probably do a better job.
3. Terrible security. Hacking seems to be a persistent issue, if you're not changing your password every month, say goodbye to your stuff.
4. Content is damaging to children and highly unregulated. This platform creates children who are addicted to short term dopamine rushes from clicking buttons over and over, until they get bored and start spending all their money / parent's money on the game just to feed their addiction. Violence, drug use, sexual content are poorly regulated and romanticized by many of the most popular games on the platform.
5.30 day ban appeal timeline. No email notice, the timeline starts from your ban, not from the next time you try to log in, so if you log out for a month and get banned while offline, oh well forget about ever seeing your account again.
Overall, this platform is total garbage, and if you need more proof just look at other reviews.
