Overall good experience. They made the process easy to shop my vehicle cross country. The initial quote and check in process was easy. The vehicle was a little later than planned but not a big issue. The air dam did get lost somewhere in transport. Again just something to be aware of when moving a car 3000 miles cross country. Thanks for the help!

The only reason we were in touch about service was because the truck did not pick up when originally scheduled and then, of course, was later delivering on the other end.

I used them twice. First time, the communication from the driver about delivery date was not as clear as it could be. The 2nd time, the driver communicated very well on delivery date. Both were flexible on pickup and delivery locations in the respective cities.

Overall, I'd use them again but ultimately your customer experience will be based on the driver that they sub the auto transport out to.

Piece of cake

Everything went on schedule and the driver was pleasant & professional.

Roadrunner promised me a pickup over a holiday weekend(this is why I picked roadrunner) said they called me but they did not! About a week later picked up my vehicle and loved the driver and dkicered it when promised!
