I was extremely satisfied with my experience. The driver was courteous and provided me with updates during his trip to reassure us that our vehicle was well taken care of. I would highly recommend this transport service again and plan on using them when I need another vehicle moved.

Didn't come when they said, tracker was inaccurate, no one ever answered emails, phone support says 'call back during business hours' which are not stated, the 'tracker' still says our car wasn't delivered even when it finally was. Finally got great support from the SUBCONTRACTOR who actually carried the vehicle from Santa Fe to Denver, they turned out to be a local company with actual customer service abilities (thanks, Diamond Express Transportation). The process was quite stressful already (car dying miles from home), this only made it worse. Would not recommend this company. PS. It was near impossible to find out how to actually leave a review - that should tell you something!

Driver was very friendly and on time for pick up. Showed up in Arizona on time also. My car is a 2016 Corvette. Showed up with mud all over the car. Driver said I had to inspect the way it was. I looked the car over the best I could and there was no major damage. So I signed off clear. After cleaning the car I found a 1 inch scratch in the door that was not there when it left. I called roadrunner and complained and have never received a response. This was my first experience shipping a car across country and I learned not to send on an open trailer. This is a car that I will be shipping back and fourth twice a year. I will use a different company next time.
Very professional and timely. If I were to move another vehicle I would use Roadrunner again.
